“Ordered an iPhone in pristine condition. The condition wasn’t pristine when phone arrived so sent it back for replacement on 10th July. Received it today on 10th August!!! They informed me originally it would take 3-5 days. Couldn’t get hold of them on phone, continually engaged. Sent several emails and was fobbed off every time, phone not in stock, nearly ready for dispatch (still didn’t arrive for over a week). Please do not use this firm. I have never dealt with such a shambolic customer service.”

“I was very disappointed with the service revived. My phone was sent in as second hand with normal age related marks (it’s been in a case it’s whole like) in perfect working condition only to receive a revised offer almost half of the original, saying my phone was in poor condition... It could only have looked newer, if it was new!”

“Knocked down too much for condition of phone. It only had a small crack in the back which didn't effect anything and got knocked £71 ! Bit rubbish if you ask me!”
