“Appalling service. Took over a month to get the money fir the iPhone I recycled, and I only got it because I threatened legal action. Constantly fobbed off by customer service advisors and had the phone put down on me several times. Will never use again.”

“A few days after placing my order I was told there would be a delay in the delivery of the phone. When I said I needed the phone urgently and would therefore need to cancel the order, I was immediately sent a phone, however, this phone was faulty. I followed the Quick Mobile Fix cancellation procedure implicitly and returned the phone (in the original packaging) to the company. Despite repeated requests I have still not received a refund almost a month since I returned the phone..”

“I ordered an iPhone 7 pristine bundle rose gold on the 4th June and I still have no received it and on the order tracker it says it's still processing today is the 9th working day and they say you will receive them in 5-7 working days. When you phone you just get cut off and, if you write an email to them they'll ignore you for days then, when they finally do reply they just fob you off. It's like no one there knows why it hasn't been dispatched or why I haven't received it so 9 working days on and I'm still waiting. I'm really not happy”
