“Was very happy with the phone that I purchest off yourself , looks as good as new also the 12 month warranty gives me peace of mind if anything goes wrong with the phone , the way the phone was all packed up was great , this was my second phone that I purchest off quickmobilefix and in the future I will use again , keep the good work up ☺”

“so i ordered a phone on the 7th of june and you received the payment but there had been no update on my order and its a gift for my sister and i have sent many emails and all i have been receiving is the same response again and again i even tired calling no one picked up the phone theres no point then sending it if its going to be next week because then i could just go out and get one this is very bad customer service and the worst thing is you dont even know when it will get delivered no approx. day just 5-7 working days please could someone give me a update on my order otherwise i want to cancel it.”

“I ordered a phone on 7th June and still not had an email to say it’s been dispatched yet. This is actually a birthday present for my husband & I’m unsure if it will be here on time now. Upon going through checkout the delivery didn’t state a length of time only once order was processed it said 5-7 days for dispatch but I don’t understand why it would take so long. Nearly a week you have had my money now and phone isn’t even on its way yet”

“Incorrect information given when I was told the funds would be 3 days and took 7 days! Refused to be able to speak with a manager on the phone! No call back and no explanation! Very poor customer service”

“I sent my phone in and decided to reject the offer from Quick Mobile Fix. This was months ago and i am STILL waiting to receive my phone back. The customer service team and absolutely shocking! If i do not receive my phone back ASAP i will take this further. DO NOT USE.”

“They took 3 weeks to diagnose that my phone had water damage. Then said that liquid damage repair was required. I paid them more money to resolve this. After a further week and a half I received my phone back with no further information/email and it still didn't work. It took me phoning them for me to hear that they couldn't fix it. No refunds for this - I am now £50 out of pocket, my phone is still broken and wasted a month of my time with this. The company cannot communicate effectively, they 'sent' me two emails which I never received and they were crucial to keeping me in the loop with what was happening. Avoid this company at all costs!”
