“I don’t understand firstly why the customer service number is constantly busy, and they do not respond to emails no matter how many times you call or write, it’s simply disgusting. Secondly why staff tell you that you will receive your payment within 3-5 working days and a week later still nothing. Honestly this company is just a disappointment and it all seems like a big con to be honest. Sort it out!”

“I have purchased 3 phones at various times off Quick Mobile Fix and have received great service. They have all arrived on time & their conditions have been exactly as described, if not better. I have had to wait a while for a phone damaged by my Son to be repaired but have been updated & advised of backlogs due to amount of workload which can happen to any company. Overall I have been very happy with the service I have received and would buy off them in the future when I require an upgrade.”

“Terrible service. I bought a mobile from here, I was supplied with one that wasn't working properly. They were good enough to take the phone back for repair, but after 4 weeks of lies and generic emails from quick mobile fix I still haven't received a repaired or a replacement phone. Avoid this shop like the plague.”

“What is quoted on the website is nowhere near what they actually offer you, there’s no option to challenge the offer, very disappointed with the measly £16 I got for 3 iPhones.”

“Worst service i have ever had from any on-line company. The phone is always engaged and when you send emails they just respond with generic answers to try and fob you off. i have requested a personal phone call to discuss the issue and even provided my mobile number stating that i can be reached at any time (day or night) an d they send back an email asking when it suits to call me ... My order was bot and paid for 12Days ago and the website clearky stated 3-5 days for dispatch . I have requested a full refund but no-one contacts me. I am now in the process of contacting the Police and the courts to recover my payment. The only advise i can give is that unless you can physically go to their premises and bang on the door stay well clear”
