“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ordered phone 13 nov phone did not arrived for 15 days when it did it was faulty . returned the phone and have not been able to get a replacement or a refund nobody answers the customer services phone (YOU ARE ON HOLD AND THEN IT CUTS YOU OUT )or responding to my email apart from the auto response phone returned 30th nov its now 14th dec and i just want a full refund advise you NOT TO US THIS COMPANY VERY POOR SERVICE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SUPPLY YOU WITH A PHONE STILL WAITING FOR REFUND”

“Absolutely disgusted with this service and may even consider going to trading standards and watchdog, ordered two phones on 30.10.18, waited ages for the phones, got fobbed of for weeks saying they will be dispatched within 2-3 days, kept complaining so then received an email saying they didn’t have the phones but I could have alternate phones and they’d be delivered next day, I said no I don’t want alternate phones so just refund me. Told them I’d waited long enough and that they shouldn’t be selling phones that they didn’t actually have in stock. Then received an email saying rather than get a refund why don’t they look into when the phones would be dispatched I said don’t bother I just want a refund. Still haven’t received a refund!!! RIP OFF company Basically selling phones they don’t have in stock and then fob you off for weeks. These were Xmas presents and cost just short of £200, I’m a single mum of 4 and can’t afford to be going out buying replacements. If I could give NO STARS I would but only have the option to give 1 star. If I don’t get my refund in two days I’m going to consumer rights, trading standards, watchdog and a solicitor. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from here Quick at replying to emails shame there not quick when it comes to delivering goods/ refunds”

“Very disappointed with quick mobile fix. Bought an iPhone X which only lasted 24 hours after it arrived before being faulty and needing to returning it for a replacement. It has now been two weeks since they received my faulty device and despite correspondence to say I would get a replacement dispatched within 3-5 working days and I still have no device. I have chased on the phone and via email, I have now called over 30 times in the last two weeks and never has the phone actually been answered. I have received and update via email to say after 5 working days it would be another 2-4 working days. This has since elapsed with no correspondence to confirm when I am actually likely to receive my phone despite numerous chases. Unfortunately on the back of this I cannot recommend quick mobile fix and would actually go out of my way to advise anyone from using them. Very disappointed and can only hope I will actually receive a working phone that I paid for over 4 weeks ago. :(”

“Having saved hard, I ordered my daughter's dream phone on the 31st October for Christmas. After the stipulated 10 days I did not receive my phone, they advised it would be another 5 days, still no phone, I therefore cancelled the order on the 20th November. I was advised a refund would be forthcoming in 10-14 working days, The refund date was confirmed as the 12th December. This has now passed and no refund has been received. I need to get the money back to buy the much sought after phone. They now are not responding to my e-mails. I am at my wits end. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!”

“Unfortunately when I placed an order it wasn’t stated the parcel needed a signature on delivery. As I work all week and there is no one home the parcel was unable to be delivered. I emailed the delivery company to change address, they said they couldn’t and I had to speak to the sending company to do that. I emailed Quick Fix Mobile to do this, they also refused to change the delivery address. After numerous unhelpful emails I had to pick the parcel up from the local delivery company which was AN HOUR AND A HALF drive away. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER”
