“I'D 176942 This company should close down. Cancelled my order as several weeks later not arrived. That was 3 months ago. They promised a refund. Still waiting and several emails with excuses about wrong colour and other excuses. Now small claims court plus they will pay expenses. Cowboy company. DO NOT USE !!”

“Phones was in good condition apart for a few small screen scratches. But I had to wait to use it as it wasn't unlocked. There was a note saying that it wasin the process of being unlocked which was carried out after a few days.”

“Really disappointing. Ordered a phone that was meant to be in 'excellent' condition. It was scratched and dented. Returned phone. Told me they hadn't received it at first, then found it. Advised it would take 10-14 working days for a refund. 3 weeks later -15 working days- refund still not appeared. Would not touch with a barge pole again. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere 😞”

“The phone they sent me doesn't work. After days of ignoring my calls & emails they finally offered me a replacement phone but first I have to post this one back then wait up to 2 weeks while they check it before I get the new phone. I'm furious as it was they who made the mistake but it's me who's suffering with no phone or refund. Damn crooks, even BT answer the phone faster than they do!”
