“After taking advice from Tara i contacted to change my due date as the payment was going out a day before i got paid. I spoke to a person called Sarah and she changed my due date. Thank you Tara and Sarah for your help you was both very polite ,helpful and efficient.”

“I had a couple of questions regarding making early payments to my account, and I used the live chat to speak to LaDonna and found her very helpful and she sorted out making my early payment and advised me correctly on another issue. Its not often staff / colleagues are praised so can somebody please say thankyou to LaDonna for me Mark Glasper”
