“Excellent support from the lender in terms of setting up a repayment plan before default. Nice to see responsible and understanding lending. I did not take my loan out thinking I could not repay, but circumstances meant I couldn't repay, I have never been in debt and would have hated having to default. Having an option to repay on a pre default plan was excellent and the service from telephone and the staff on the live chat was brilliant. Much appreciated.”
