The service i have received from QuickQuid is absolutely disgusting and the last live chat agent I spoke to was rude and completely unhelpful.

Marlena, the advisor was not very helpful. Unable to provide specific information. I spoke with Viola a few days back who was much more customer focused. Viola was ace.

You took payments twice had to ring up to get the money refunded and then when you had returned the over payment it came back on the account as a new loan took 3 telephone calls for you to admit I had payed the loan off early had to close the account as the information on my log out page was constantly wrong and I was worried you would take further money from my account which was clearly not owing. Terrible never use you again

The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Never heard of this company until a demand letter arrived saying I'd taken out a loan and I owed them hundreds of pounds in unpaid loan repayments. Having never taken out a loan recently, let alone with this company, I called them to ascertain what was happening. Without divulging personal info (which I would not give them as I assumed this was a scam) they would not tell me anything about the loan, where it was taken, what it was for etc. They would only confirm the loan was genuine. I emailed them with a statement to say unless they provided me with documentary evidence that I owed them any money, I was handing the details to the police, which I have since done. They have still not confirmed any details of the 'loan' 8 weeks later. I completed 2 documents from their 'anti fraud' department, but despite umpteen calls, emails and live chat sessions, they have not responded to anything. Awful, awful company. Steer well clear.

For 2 years I was a great customer, never late, always paid my loans off and the last time because I disagreed with their automatic 10 month payment plan and complained I've not been able to get a loan since.

They won't take the money from my account and then charge me for a late payment. Money is available. Cards are not blocked and working fine. The same card I've used for months suddenly doesn't for on their system. None of my details have changed yet they see no issue.

Spoke to some guy with an American accent. It was taking at least a minute for a word to leave his mouth. Then ID verification involved asking me all the questions I had already answered on the online form. Where do they get these people?

Once I have paid this loan back I will never use you again, you should offer more choice than a monthly payment option & your staff are ill equipped to deal with complex enquiries. Simply robots programmed to give robotic & useless answer & no help at all

"Quick" Quid?? I applied for a loan which took over 15 hours to process and then it told me that it had re evaluated my maximum allowed amount (which was now below what I needed), which was due to an error on THEIR part which didn't save my employment details correctly. When I spoke to a customer service representative they said that I had to prove my income in order for them to change it. The error was their fault they should just reverse it I shouldn't have to prove anything!? They also said if I wanted to speak to a manager I had to wait 24-48 hours! Absolutely ridiculous service I would absolutely not recommend.

i have been lied too on many occassions, different excuses have been given for reasons why payment will not be accepted from me, from DD dates, Visa card details, wrong address. all i want to do is pay. by refusing to not take my payment you are getting me into further finacial debt.

Since changes made to Flexi loan it wasn't clear as to how interest worked out and to me appeared to result in more interest charges that originally stated. Forcing people into the 10 months gave a false picture and in my opinion was only done to the benefit of QuickQuid with no benefit to the customers.

other companies allow you to enter into repayment arrangements prior to going into default. Although I recognise that entering into a repayment arrangement is a series thing, by being able to plan it prior to going into default makes it easier to plan in the next month. It also prevents some very unpleasant experiences at a time that is clearly incredibly stressful for the customer. I appreciate it probably allows you to recover more interest on payments, however if you want to appear to be a 'responsible' retailer then I strongly suggest you re-consider this model.

tried to pay off loan early like it says make a payment but then still adds interest on to the loan and makes payment like you never asked to process a payment for it!

Processed a payment I was already processing on the website without asking me for confirmation. Took double-payment, and cannot promise a refund within the same time-scale they can give loan withdrawals. Completely messed up my weekend plans because the operator got greedy and wanted the payment to go against her name.
