“I suffered an unfortunate loss resulting in an unexpected payment, despite me getting in touch at the earliest opportunity, the customer service department were unwilling to do anything to help in the situation, they still took the payment leaving me severely overdrawn.”

“Do not use this company. They will make it difficult to repay your loan, then start charging Interest. Contact is difficult, tryed to update my payment information and unable to so. Now being threat with legal action. You have been warned.”

“I wouldn't recommend at all, the service I was given was awful after I advised them a loan was taken out in my name I was basically called a lire, emailed a number of times and after around 3 weeks still not resolved! Wouldn't reccomend”

“Quik quid? More like slow and impossible quid. They have now introduced policy where you must send your bank statements!? All of this after being called from their centre in Hawaii!??? Ummmm no I don't think I want my details stolen thank you. Appalling customer service team who will merely give you a line from a manual. My advice use wonga so much easier and quicker!”

“if you lose your bankcard or get a replacement you cannot change the details on there website and will most likely default and owe more money as a result. they also only open the number to sort out your payment if you go into default during limited hours. overall poor service”

“Advised by email that no payment was due on 28/08/15. Next payment advised on website was 30/09/15 however full payment was collected 3//09/15. Reason given a system error. When I tried to make a partial payment earlier in August it would process due to a system error. Very disappointed with Quick Quid and will be reporting to Financial Ombundmans”

“Very long delay in crediting my account, was not made aware of this as I would have gone elsewhere. Due to the nature of your loans some people may be waiting desperately for this cash so you should make people aware when there are LONG delays, so far have waited 6 hours instead of the 10 minutes advertised. And worse than the above I have contacted both helpline and online chat and on both occasions got standard scripted replies, a bit of advice to help your wage bill.....if you are not going to allow them to interact as humans do not bother employing humans!!!!!! I could have got the exact same response from an automated email or recorded message.”

“the worst finance company I have been dealing to. I switched out my current account and forgotten to update my data. they immediately charged me late payment fee of 12 pounds. Unfortunately they didn't call me the day the payment was required, but they did it very next day. they love easy money. their agents speak very poor language so it's really tough to understand them. other words another greedy company feeding itself your financial dificaulties.”

“Advisor 'Richard' was the worst person i have ever spoken too. He refused to help and kept repeating his script. He did not answer any of my questions or offer any help.”

“I applied for a loan and waited for 24 hours for a response from Quick Quid which I still did not receive. I tried to speak to their live chat customer service but they could not give me a response to how long it would take for me to get a verification of my loan. So much for "Quick" Quid, not exactly the word I would use.”

“I have struggled for over 6 years with debt due to your company giving me 61 loans over 16 thousand pound would never recommend this to any loan bunch of loan sharks”
