“Had a couple of loans before from quickquid never missed any payments due,applied for a smaller loan than previous ones,said I was approved signed contract but no money,then asking me for bank log in details and statements,this went on for 4 days so cancelled loan and went with another company with much less hassle.quickquid is not bothered about there customers no matter how loyal you are and I would never use them again,unprofessional company and would highly recommend avoiding using them as there are many more better company’s out there.”

“The worst payday loan company ever, DO NOT USE. I was supposed to pay them £1004 in one month and they charged me £1290, I called to ask why and they agent said he wasn't sure why they charged extra but wasn't able to refund it! I spoke to a manger who has no clue what she was doing and basically told me there aloud to add interest even though I didn't go into arrears or pay late. I'll be taking to financial ombudsman”

“HORRENDOUS company. Avoid at all costs Have used them a handful of times and paid very quickly back the money. Do not be fooled by their seemingly kind service advisors they are just awful when you try to arrange payments Rudest service”

“After paying my previous loan off without ever missing a payment I am being repeatedly sent messages asking if I want to use quick quid again however when I apply I am told I am not eligible for a loan. This is both annoying and very unprofessional. I would not recommend using QuickQuid as they don’t seem to have any idea what they are talking about.”

“Do not use this company. Tried to pay my loan of early as had extra cash and thought I would pay this so the interest wasn’t as much. They refused to take my payment as they said they couldn’t cancel my direct debit, even though I had already cancelled this with my bank. I had emailed waited 2 days for them to respond with I needed to call them, finally managed to get through to be told I couldn’t pay it off and would need to wait until they tried to take the scheduled payment from my bank. As the direct debit was cancelled my end, I would need to call back 3 days after it was due and speak to the collections team. Was also advised it would go down as a late payment and that I would get an additional charge for that too. What an absolute joke this company is. Avoid at all costs. Do not use.”

“QuickQuid send me messages saying I am eligible for a loan but when I apply I am told I’m not eligible. Seems a bit of a joke would not recommend using this company.”

“awful company dont responded to you complaints email back saying they have a high voulume of complaints believe me this company is a joke you will understand when you cant afford a loan and then that when the trouble starts”

“Do not expect to receive any semblance of customer service from this company's resolution / complaints teams. They have failed to update my personal details on my account with them after 4 requests (just submitted a 5th) and they are as bold as brass when it comes to handling their customers. I appreciate what they offer may seem beneficial at the time, I've been there myself, but in the long run it will spell nothing but trouble for you.”

“Never ever ever use this company! I paid off my daughters loan of 212.50 and they took they payment twice! When my daughter rang them they said the refund would be made in 7 days! They said a quicker way to get the money would be to take out another loan and repay it when the refund is made!! Absolute joke!! The reason I paid the loan off in the 1st place was because if the extortionate rates on a loan my daughter stupidly took out without my knowing. This should be better regulated! How come you can get money in your account within an hour then they are charging you interest but it takes 7 days when they owe you ?”

“I am absolutely disgusted with my most recent transactions with QQ. My first experience with them was nothing less of perfect so I had no qualms contacting them when I needed help again. After my most recent experience I will never deal with them again. I requested for the money to be taken out of my account on the last day of the month as this is when I am payed. Well QQ took it upon themselves to change the date of my payments and attempted to take the money out before hand. 3 months later I am sent an email telling me my account will be sold to a 3rd party credit collector. The issue? The date the email requested the money to be transferred was over a month after the email was sent and mail I should have received was never received at my address. This feels like a purposeful mistake to take more money and interest from their clients.”

“Disgusted with quick quid and there costumer service and the business in general. The hole experience was so stressful. I believe they should be investigated as their clear goals are to rob people of more money than they initially borrowed.”

“Quick quick I had to pay more money back to them The first time I paid in full it didn't go through They say the system was down I had to wait 3 week pay them again young people or people Borrow loan I say don't and call the Is 40 PM minute? Not going”

“Just like with lending stream i used quickquid for a short term loan less than 2 weeks ago and i paid in full early, but theu did not approve me for another loan today, which lending stream did.”

“Avoid. Got approved a loan and then they said they can't give me the money until 11pm tonight. It's now only 2 in the afternoon .i need this urgent. Avoid”
