Bullshit, borrowed multiple times before and never had to provide a bank statement, never stated that you have to, never had to before, ridiculous, so much for customer loyalty

Asked for my pay date to be changed and was fullyour agreed by quick quid yet they still tried to take the money out early when this was noticed by myself I immediately contact them and paid the amount in full and they apologised. Nothing was thought of this until they reported a late payment on my account meaning now my credit has suffered dramatically. I rang up and continuously got thrown around to who I should contact and when I finally contacted them by email they said I was lying and that they record all there calls and that they would not remove it. I asked why if this was the case did I get an apology off there member of staff saying it was them at fault. They dismissed this and made out it was irrelevant. I am currently undergoing legal advice and have been informed a case can be made. I thought quick quid was a good customer driven company until this. I would not recommend to anyone the stress they've caused me is disgusting stopping me obtaining a house and giving me no choice but to fight for what I know is the truth.

I was a loyal customer with QQ for some time all my loans were always paid off. When I recently set up a new loan my credit was £1500 but I took a loan out for £200 and paid it off earlier. I took another loan for £150 and wanted to top up and was told I cannot top up? The live chat person said it could have been a change to my credit file, what in the last 2 weeks? I'm obviously overdrawn at the bank and need to make a payment on my credit card or I wouldn't need a top up. I want to know why my business with quickquid is not maintained at the level I was at?

i was not to impressed with the person i was talking to i am a slow reader and writer and was typing back to there message and they said because not heard from me in a while they where going to disconnected but i was typing a reply and never got to send it because they disconnected and didn't give me time to reply they said a while it was like a minute or two not happy with the service provided

I don't feel like my situation was taken into consideration. Most unhelpful, passed the buck onto a different team member as they didn't know how to help further. Didn't take the time to look into options or my account juts wanted me to leave and contact someone else.

never had a problem before updated bank details to then be told my application had been withdrawn was on phone over half an hour proving my source of income stated my wages were payed into savings account not once did the women mention that was not a valid form of account as it was not a checking account... thanks for nothing quick quid hardly quick wasted my whole morning

After being a valued customer with quickquid for a number of years now,I am very disappointed at how they treat their long term customers. Ran in to a bit of difficulty last month, I spoke to them and they agreed to take the repayment a week later. Great! Paid on the agreed date but now when I log in to my account it says declined. Won't be using again!

Bad company, applied for a loan on the Saturday morning by Sunday tea time was still not in my account and it's supposed to be same day funding. So I phoned up and told them I wanted to cancell the loan as I no longer needed it and still funds hadn't hit my account. So they said they would do that come Monday tea time funds hit my account and they did not cancell the loan. So now I have a loan ur no longer wanted. Unprofessional and still tried to make me lay pay the Intrest even though when I phoned back up they told me I could pay the loan off same as I initially borrowed £100 and they confirmed I payed but 5 days later I. Necked my bank and they had not even put this through for me. Avoid them like the plague they pray on vulnerable people at stupid Intrest rates first and last time will not use again!!!

i thought i was a good customer and i would tell people to use quickquid but i now havnt been able to get a loan from u in over 5 months and hearing the same old im sorry dosnt help anyone and u really should a box with no star as i would of ticked that one the same page with the declinde message on been on my account for 5 months and being told to keep trying for something your never gonna give out makes me wanna close my account im also sending a letter to the ombusman as well

You try to make it as difficult as possible to pay off your debt early. This mean you create more revenue as it just delays my opportunity to pay of my loans. cant pay by direct debit if you have a payment pending which is every day as there is always a payment due. cant pay by a credit card even tho my credit card zero % interest. Its an absolute joke. would NEVER use you again, you are very misleading and horrible service. definitely the worst experience I have ever had, and I hope you cease trading soon.

Called 'quick' but it isn't. Advisors are terrible and customer service is not good in my experience unfortunately. I had to cancel the application.
