“Do not use. I was approved for a loan on my new bank card which is tesco. But some how the stupid company sent it to my old account that I don't have access to and now there sayin of still have to pay it back. Even tho i never recieved the funds. Explained all to custmor service but yet they was no help just kept saying I'm liable.”

“Twice now I have been declined, all I want to borrow is £50. My circumstances have not changed and always paid it back ontime or earlier. Always thought highly of this company now I don't. Wouldn't even give 1 star. SO ANNOYED”

“I've got two loans from them and I paid on time for the last one even one day earlier, when I applied for a third one, I got declined even if my credit score is the same and I'm not involved in any sort of fraud. I'm DBS checked. So when I tried to contact them via chat to ask more explanation, I got cut out in the middle of the conversation and that wasn't for connection issue. Now I'm now allowed back in the live chat. What a treatment for your regular clients. Thanks!”

“Shocking Company , will happily lend over and over again until they take everything you have, Complained about the way they lend and whether they feel it’s responsible which they deny , now taking them to the ombudsman. My advice to anyone AVOID”

“being harrased 24/7 by their collections team but was made redundant its got to the point where my stress levels have gone through the roof i was advised to fill in form and attach my P45 which i have now started but every day they are adding fees ontop which is bang out of order their number has been blocked also as im fed up with them harrasing me at 8am in the morning and all day and then emails i have made a complaint to Quickquid, Financial conduct authority, trading standards and financial ombudsmen and have been advise i can take this matter to court which i am now seeking legal advice i will not be taking another loan out with this disgraceful company that dont care except money”

“had about 4 loans with quickquid all paid up on time and no missed payments,applied for another smaller loan and was declined.very hit and miss company and won’t use them again,much better loan companies out there.”

“Takes ages to get through on the phone. You send pay slip and submit your application & you don’t get a decision for 24hrs Your account status is just left pending. Worse over weekends. Should change name from quick quid to slow quid”

“Whilst I understand that one's credit rating may be poor, I think if standards have been met with yourselves this should be a strong consideration for further purchase but you do not operate that way and I find it sad.”

“I will never use or recommend quick quid ever again my hours dropped when I changed my job due to circumstances I phoned them twice emailed three times to arrange a payment plan which they tell you to do if you are experiencing financial difficulties with no success I finally had to sell my car to meet the final payment I now have no transport never ever again will I use this company be warned”
