“I was approved and received the payment within 20 minutes. This is a very helpful service when you need extra money on the top of your wages. High fees, but that is obvious. I would recommend QuickQuid and use it in the future.”

“Only had 2 complaints to make and they were that I couldn't find how to pay the loan back early, on the site. Seems you had to ring them which is crazy, should be a system on the actual website. And also I noticed that the amounts of interest when paid didn't disappear from my account page as they got paid, making me think they never got there money, but had been cleared at the end. Most annoying.”

“I am always satisfied with the live chat facility on the web site, but what annoys me is that the web site seems to subtly change every time I log on. This evening I could not find my customer number after logging in. On previous web versions it was on the drop down tab beside your name. I also think it is very poor that there is a button to extend an existing loan but not one to request an early repayment (there was this option previously). It seems archaic to have to use the live chat facility to perform this function.”

“Have always been satisfied with the service and they step in when traditional banks refuse to lend. As with all PDL's they should only be used for short term cash flow issues due to high interest charges but this is very upfront from the moment you apply. Really need to provide the facility to repay early online - this would increase my rating to five stars.”
