“Had an online chat with Randall to update my bank details. He was polite and kept me informed throughout and when I was on hold, so I would be sure whether there was more to come or the chat was over, and he asked clear and concise questions. Unfortunately, it turned out that I would have to wait 3 working days before I could update my bank details, as I currently have an uncleared DD payment going through, but he made this clear and apologised that we were unable to proceed today. Despite this, I have still had a positive experience today. :-)”

“Very honest and clear about repayment fees etc. I applied for an extension to repay my loan which was no problem at all. I then wanted to repay the loan early which again was no problem - chatted to an online advisor who took my details and handled my query very efficiently and was very friendly. Thank you”

“I used the service for a short term loan to plug an essential gap. The service provided was excellent, with the stages explained throughout. When required to speak with a representative from QQ they were professional and courteous. I repaid my load early which offered me a further discount and again the process was excellent. I would use QQ again if I ever find myself in a similar situation with confidence”

“live chat is very helpful.if you can't make a payment on the due date,talking to someone on live chat will help you adjust your due date to another date that suits you.anyone that i have spoken to on live chat are very helpful.”
