“couldn't understand why account was change to paying min amount but Brittnie sorted it out for me very quickly and understandable.Email was sent but i deleted as i thought it was a promotion email could there be a mail box in customers account to let us know if any changes etc many thanks mr jason webb”

“Am absolulety stuck now as applied for extra funds, received email confirming funding date was amended to 28th July when last loan payment would be taken from account, and details and date of new payments. When deposit date passed and no funds deposited it was only upon contacting you did I find out I wasn't getting the loan and am expected to pay the £240 (which was originally spread out over 3 months) by the end of next month in one lump sum, no extension options now available. Am furious as this has really screwed things up for me this month and next and put me in a very difficult position.”
