“We finally set up our 12 by 7 by 7 hoop greenhouse on Christmas day since it was a lovely 75 degrees.......It took us about 2 hours together to put the pieces all together....We love it...For now it will be a nice place to sit in the sun on cold winter days...We are planning on purchasing a larger one in the spring for our garden area”

“My 10x20 is more than meeting my needs and expectations. Was hoping to get at least a month of continuous shelter for some expensive equipment. It has been 5 months and other than some self inflicted damage, which your customer service department promptly took care of. I have had zero issues. Not sure where you found Mandy, but l would latch on tight to her. She even replied to an email on a Sunday. Kudos to all. Jim Wallace”

“I had a very old cover and they were Crete to get me only the cover I need it for less money. That was very nice and amazing that it was possible to get the cover in exchange. The service was excellent and the problem-solving was also excellent. So far it was the best service I’ve ever had without asking any questions just taking the results for good. Thank you very much and all the best for your company’s future.”

“Great customer service by Yummy. My party tent arrived with a defective part and they replace it quickly with no hassle. We also had a pole that bent and after confirming my purchase it was immediately replaced. Emails were promptly and politely exchanged. I will definitely buy from them again.”

“We found Quictent to be very honorable. We have a Quictent screen room which had the top torn. I wore to inquire about a replacement top and had one sent to me for no charge. We are very impressed considering most companies today do not provide good service. Thank you.”

“Needed to replace the cover on a 20 x 10 car canopy so I placed the order but the replacement part I received was the wrong part so I contacted Quictent via email and explained to Yummy with customer service what had happened, without hesitation the next day Quictent shipped out the correct replacement part. Thank you Quictent for having great customer service!”
