“I like the styling and feel and the walkability off bike but the sizing is too small for me, i am size 44 on sworks recon and quoc is too narrow and smaller on my wide feet, i gave it try for days thinking that it would need braking in to conform to my feet but no, i am thinking of getting one size up but don’t know if the width would be the same but just longer which would not solve my problem, the problem is i cant know if it would be right and comfortable for me until i give it a nice week ride and putting in the cleats which voids return/exchange claim, i felt i just waisted $265. And if i get again another one with one size up i dont know if it has the same width but just longer, thats my dilemma, i wish customer service consider my concern.”

“Not for publisshing, but direct feedback for you, your sizes seem extremely small. I have 43 shimano and Vaude shoes but your "size 43" looked closer to a 40. Up against each other, your shoes were about 12mm shorter than both the Vaude and Shimanos. Disappointing also the returns process was difficult for us, many kms to the nearest drop off point.”

“Amazing products and really top notch customer service. The socks I ordered were not included in the shipment, and when I inquired about the omission the customer service team got back to me quickly and got the socks shipped out, and further refunded the cost of the socks. Thank you very much!”

“I ordered a pair of the mono shoes in sand, size 41. reviews said size up. I am normally a 41 so thought they should be ok. I went for this colour as they were a £90 saving on the white version and seemed a great offer even at £180. Service from Quoc was excellent and shoes looked beautiful when opened. Unfortunately the sizing was not quite right - the heel cup is too big / loose and even with the shoes tightened right up there was too much play around my heels. I tried to exchange for a size 40 but out of stock, so I have sadly returned and need to look elsewhere for a new pair of shoes. This is a beautiful product so if sizing is right i'm sure you will be satsified. I wanted to try the fit on my bike, but Quoc have a policy of no returns once cleats are fitted, so I had no option but to return them.”

“The product looks nice, but Fedex as the only shipping solution does not add value at all. They are so useless. I have received 3 calls and 2 messages during work time from the driver and the adress is a business adress. It has been the same over and over again eith fedex in Denmark. Worst company of them all. :)”

“I've been cycling for many years, and as I've got older I've found shoes that are comfortable and that fit me really well harder to find. I've been wearing Quoc shoes for a few years for both on road and off road riding. The comfort and quality is better than some brands which are significantly more expense. Also a big fan of the concept of planting a tree for each purchase made.”

“Minus 1 star for shipping and return experience. Could be improved in terms of overall speed and I don't appreciate having to pay for shipping on a £300+ purchase. Especially as you are receiving full RRP by enabling people to buy directly. As to the shoes, love them, great fit and look great, very breathable (if you are going to buy them make sure to look at the covers as you'll appreciate them on cooler days). The quality of the optional inserts is also a bit poor. The tape to hold them in place is suspect (I've not used them) and doesn't look up to the job, plus one of the inserts didn't even have tape.”
