No end of mythering and trying to sell me things I don't want. If I knew you would myther so much I wouldn't have chosen your company, god help me when it comes time for renewal

Customer service was good although had not received my pack straight away when i queried it customer service quickly resolved this am very pleased with service so far x

I email again to ask where my documents are? I've had the insurance for over 2 weeks now and still haven't received them.

Bad efficient of communication between company and customer. No one reply email even though send thousands of emails.
