If you are buying jewelry, go to a *real* jeweler or just buy cheap costume stuff. QVC wants to sell you a "warranty" because their jewelry is not good quality! I got a ring as a gift (currently on their site for more than $100) and it lost a stone after wearing it only a couple of days. Too bad, I don't have the original order info (duh, gift) so I don't know if there was a warranty purchased. I would be reluctant to ask the giver. A waste of money, even if they WOULD have offered a replacement.

I bought 2 sets of a popular QVC pottery baking series. The first time they get wet, they craze heavily and get dark stains in the cracks. They become unusable and I have to throw them out. Very expensive mistake!!! QVC c/s refused to help, they said it happens sometimes that there is a bad batch and oh wellllll.... Crappiest kitchenware ever. This was my first & last purchase from this ripoff company.

Sent WRONG and then HUNG up on me Like most QVC customers, I have come to regret ordering from them. I placed an order for a Merino Wool Throw in Midnight Blue, but they sent me one in Army Green. When I chatted with QVC, the agent HUNG up on me in mid-chat. I will NEVER order from QVC again.

I was placing an order and them they offer me their credit card, that if I was approved I will receive a 50.00 credit for that purchase, well i was approved and when placing the order they told me I was not elegible for the credit even as everything was fine with the credit card, what a disappointment from this company, I cancelled the order and credit card that already made a hit on my credit report. BE CAREFUL WITH QVC.

found an item online for my daughter. They sent me a discount code but couldn't find where to enter it online. Called and told the girl what I wanted to order and the discount code. She placed the order without the code so I reminded her. She apologized, took the code then said I wasn't eligible for the code so I told her I didn't want to place the order. Oh too bad she 'accidentally' already placed the order. Now I get to go through the tedious process of getting my $80 back. Be very careful with this company.

Has anyone on your staff brought to Susan Gravers attention how rude she is? She constantly talks over the hostesses. Just blabs to herself about how wonderful her clothing products are.

Let me start by saying that I love their products and QVC the issue I had was with the QVC card I applied and was approved and set up auto pay long story short something went wrong with my auto pay and I would have to call to make my payment like 3 times ok so called synchrony to explain what was happening,the lady that helped me was so rude and didn’t care about my issues basically blew me off a month later QVC canceled my card .. I had a balance because I had just purchased a new vacuum which I had it on easy pay.. A month goes by and my easy pay was not charged properly they ended up charging me the whole amount..Luckily I had the money In my account.I will never buy another product from QVC again!! Buyers be ware

I ordered an NYDJ sweater twice. I never received it. I was told that I would receive the item on a certain date. It never came. I was so disappointed by this company and will NEVER order from them again.

Both my credit cards have been declined. Both cards have ample funds. Tried paying off my easy pay. Now I will need to go to my bank for a cashiers check to assure I pay it off. I will never do business with them again. I’m so sorry I never read the reviews prior to doing business with QVC !!!!!

I ordered a power station for power outages buy one get one free.i payed on my credit card they charged my card and I payed 12.95 for a 3-5 day shipping it's been 18 days have not got my order . Looks I lost 58.13 I should have have know better .

QVR uses crummy sales tactics to sell items that are almost never what they seem. Out of the 6 items I’ve purchased in that past year, none of them work right and have had some defect. You are allowed to return items but have to pay shipping as well as haul to ups yourself. I recommend against them- you can find better products elsewhere

My concerns is regarding their credit card they are currently charging 32.34% interest. That is totally ridiculous. When I inquired about a rate adjustment you thought I said a joke with exceptionally good credit I don’t see why I should be paying 32.34% in interest, so since they could not assist me, I have closed my account and will pay off my balance. They just lost a good customer.

QVC has good products. And they have some not so good. Just watching their nutrisystem presentation. The only food that is good is the frozen. There are only a few mon frozen items I will eat. One of the hosts said he would pay $6 for the cinnamon roll. He's obviously never had a bakery cinnamon roll. The hosts over exaggerate everything. I wish they would stop doing that.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. I bought stuff on a 4 pay plan and gave the 1st payment. Then they cancelled the order saying that my bank checking account debit card with a Mastercard logo was a visa credit card. Worse, they were very rude and failed to take any time to figure out why the mistake Poor business strategy, had the been polite I'd have used a credit card. But I didnt because they dont care.

Bethlehem xmas tree lights dont work. Lobster order was not what I ordered or presentation was not shown correctly I have ordered a lot of items from QVC never been so disappointed as I am now So will be more careful what i order in the future.
