Siento mucho que no haiga sido el correcto, nosotros tratamos de verificar todos los detalles para aseguarnos que todos nuestros clientes reciban el radaidor correcto la primera vez.

“The "2 days or less" delivery is only if you pay extra for expedited shipping. Mine was not only well over 2 days, but then also delayed several times. When the radiator arrived, it was packaged very poorly with little padding on one side and no padding on the other. It was dead on arrival. It was broken. So after waiting endlessly for this radiator, it was useless and I lost a week and a half, then had to order one elsewhere anyway. Nope, not my favorite experience.”

We never change without letting the customer know. Product was out of stock and a e mail was sent on December 29th at 11.16 am letting you know. Please check your spam box. Also, your order came in on the 29th and sent out the same day. Delay was due to the holidays. Hope you understand and consider revising this review.

“Price was great & even called back to tell me the radiator i ordered wasn't in stock. Then when i specified the vehicle & motor i was assured the other brand in stock would fit.. well long story short I'll be sending it back because it wasn't for a V8 it was for the 4 cylinder.. i knew the price was too good to be true..”

Per your email we shipped the radiator to an old address of yours, we have zero control over that.

“I was sent a malfunctioned radiator. I sent back last Thursday and was told that I would get a full refund that Friday. It never happened. Every time I call they give me an excuse as to why they haven’t even started the process off my refund. I’m stuck without my money to get another radiator another week. Do not order from them”

“I am completely disappointed with this item and service. I requested a return a few days ago now. The product came in later than the website side, and the radiator I got was leaking worse than the radiator I already had in my car. This website refuses to pay the labor of having it installed and re-installed, and this whole experience has been bad. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. The radiator came in looking all beat to hell too.”
