“When placing the order the web site said it would be delivered in 2 days. A week later, still no radiator. The customer service said it was delayed at FedEx. Then lost at FedEx. Most companies would have shipped another then expedited it. They only offered a refund and cancellation of the order. I ordered elsewhere.”

I will respectfully disagree with your review. I understand you were upset and rushed and since we did not have what you needed i suggested to get one locally and we will give you a full refund. I tried to work with your simple solution but was unable to find the extra fitting you needed.

Per our return policy the shipping cost is deducted from the return.
Per your vehicle VIN number that is the correct radiator that fits your vehicle, not quite sure why it was refused when the shipping company delivered it to you.
