Very sorry you had a bad experience. It would be nice to get an order number so that we can see what transpired. The only time we switch is if we are out of a particular brand due to supply issues. Even when we do that we always send an email or call or text. The order number or name on the order would greatly help to validate this review.

Very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the process. The part that was ordered had 2 options and therefore it was delayed a couple of days until you got back to us. Once that was figured out FedEx lost the package as explained to you. We had to file a claim for that package, but in the meantime shipped you another one.
All the radiators are made as per the original specifications so if it's not bolting up correctly it most likely is the wrong radiator. If it is still not installed please let us know and we shall process the return.

We are extremely sorry. By the vin number provided it calls for the part we sent you. We really don’t know the circumstances around which the unit is being installed. However I can assure you we have been selling the same brand for over 10 years now and if there were installation issues we would have pulled it out considering it costs $50 to ship and above all an unhappy customer.

Your order was placed on 24th December and since we were closed it shipped the 27th. Scheduled delivery was for the 30th , but due to the holiday rush it has been delayed. We received your order on December 16th at 4pm and shipped it the very next day. Initial delivery from FedEx was December 18th.
