“I never received my item from them and although it is missing I am unable to get my money back as I had to spend more just to get one from the store based on the time I had left in my situation so now I am back home and I am out money and someone else had my parts this is fucked up.”

“This company falsely advertised me and suckered me into buying a radiator by claiming i would recieve my radiator in one day and they failed to fullfill that promise i am currently searching for legal advice because i feel as if i was cheated into purchasing my radiator from this company thinking i would recieve my radiator when promised only to find out it was a lie. I missed out of work hours and money due to this false advertising company. Then the shipping company delayed my radiator even longer. I would not ever recommend this company”
Hi Michael,
We're so sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with us. As noted in your screenshot, when orders are placed by 12p pst, we ship out the order that very day. Since your order was placed at 6:20pm on 10/25, we shipped out your order the following day, on 10/26 via expedited shipping on GLS. Your shipment was scheduled for delivery on 10/27; however, our shipping partner missed that delivery date and delivered the radiator on 10/28. These shipping delays are rare and we regret that it caused you so much trouble. Unfortunately, these situations are out of our control.
We hope that you'll give us another shot next time, Michael.
Thanks,
Joe
“wrong radiator was suppose to get a shipping label to return to my knowledge haven't received it yet very disappointed but probably my fault. It is busy times. Disappointed in the response.”
“I purchased a 3 row all metal radiator for a 1997 Lexus LX450 and while it seem like the fit was correct as soon as the engine had some torque and flex the fan made contact with the shroud and bottom of the core creating a leak spewing antifreeze all over the engine...when I called and spoke to Roger he was nice, polite and tried to offer a "OEM like" replacement but wouldn't credit or take the radiator back, I ended up having to buy a new fan and clutch because of this...I should have just replaced with factory equipment like I ended up having to do instead of losing over $400.00 with all the charges from RadiatorNow.”
