“If I could give negative stars I would. I never got my radiator. It was delivered to the wrong house by fedex and both FedEx and radiator now both told me I’m S . O. l. Because it said it was delivered to my house. I have proof it wasn’t but no help from either company. Thanks!”

I understand your frustration. However there is proof of delivery to the address you provided. We even opened up an investigation with Fedex and the claim was denied, as their investigation concluded that it was in fact dropped of at the address you stated. Happy to show you the picture as proof of delivery.

Sorry you feel this way. The policy is already on the website and just in case one has not seen that we sent you a email and you actually acknowledged the policy before the return label was sent. The radiator was not needed as you had a engine blowout and we don't cover the return freight.

Apologize for you receiving the wrong radiator. I understand you are upset, however it would be nice to state the facts clearly. When we received your order we called as we do when we have a doubt. Sent you 2 pictures and you selected the one you originally ordered. So in spite of sending you pictures and based on your selection we are at fault? “So I choose this business because it says 1 to 2 day shipping. I live less then 100 miles from their headquarters; so I figured 2 days at the most. I called them on Thursday to change the name on the order. When I spoke to the woman that answered the phone; after correcting the name on the order, I asked her about wheather the radiator would arrive by Saturday. She said "hmm umm I think so, but FedEx delivers on Sunday as well, so you should be good" so I said ok thank you. Mind you; not once was I given shipping options. On Saturday I begin to track the package. It says it'll arrive by 2:20. Package doesn't arrive til after 11AM on Monday. I spoke to someone through email so I can get a refund on the shipping since they clearly advertise 2 day shipping. I explained to them how pretty much any other company was willing to ship for free on Monday ( same price on radiator or cheaper ) but I choose them because of the 2 day shipping. Needless to say they refused and said they had more shipping options ( which was never told to me ) . Bottom line is; save yourself the time and aggravation. If they can't deliver to someone that's less then 100 miles away; what makes you think it'll get to you on time.”

All shipping options are available at check out but you selected standard shipping which is never guaranteed. We depend on our shipping partner FedEx for deliveries and unfortunately there are delays sometimes. If you go through the reviews you would see we are known for our service and speed of delivery.

The radiators are displayed that way as they are watermarks and suppliers like to protect their information. None of the radiators come with lettering on it. Apologize for the confusion.
