“I was happy with the price and selection initially. But less than 1 week before the dresses were suppose to be rented I was informed that one of the dress was no longer available. I would had appreciated more notice about this so that I had more time to pick another dress before most of the dresses were unavailable.”

“I utilize Rainey's Closet at least twice a year. All of my experiences & their dresses have been impeccable! This last dress was just amazing on my daughter. I opted to go w/the accessories box, and inside was the most jaw dropping headpiece that was selected by Miss. Ruth w a heartfelt hand written note. Everything was so stunning, my daughter made the comment, "I'm going on prom!" Thank you all again!”

“I rented this for beach pictures on such short notice. They only have the size 4 or 6 that I think would fit my daughter and I was leaning on getting the size 6. Their customer service representatives are so helpful and answered all my questions and gave me measurements. So glad I listened to them and got a 4. The dress is beautiful but the customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you.”

“Absolutely loved the dress! Loved the easy and speedy delivery and return process. Only giving this a 4 stars because the dress had a light stain near the collar, almost looked like sauce or some food left behind that I guess cleaning didn’t lift off entirely. Don’t think it came out in pictures but was there nonetheless😏”

“she was VERY responsive to my email asking how to send back a return. When the return was received it was processed immediately and that's always a huge plus when you don't have to follow up with a company or wonder if they got your item and WHEN they're refunding - i got an email which took care of all of that! The clothing items were gorgeous - just too big - but I've already placed another order for more items cause i'm that pleased with my first experience. Thank you! :)”

“The dress I rented from Rainey's Closet came to me on time and very well-packaged with clear instructions on returns. The dress was absolutely EXQUISITE and in excellent condition. My daughter said she felt like a princess wearing it. Would highly recommend Rainey's Closet for any girls' formalwear!!”

“The dresses were very neatly packed, however the headpieces you picked did not match with the dresses I picked. Very nice dresses (like new), and easy to send back. Will definitely use again”
