I felt that the service was way over-priced for the quality of the dress we got. The dress didn’t fit well and had a few snags along the bottom. The flowers on the dress were very crinkled and wouldn’t stay down even with fashion tape. It was obvious the dress had been worn several times and just wasn’t as great as we had hoped for the price we paid.

The color wasn’t hold it was yellow, my daughter didn’t like it and never wore. Besides they were too small probably because it was washed so many times.

The dress was unwearable in the condition received as the previous renter had moved the buttons on the back two inches. Rainey's Closet initially responded to my email suggesting that I delay the wedding or move the buttons. It was very frustrating to take the dress to a seamstress a day before my brother's wedding. They have not responded to my subsequent emails. I would have expected them to take responsibility for what happened and I would have been much more understanding than I am now. I will not be using this company again.

We were just as surprised to hear about this situation and promptly offered a refund. There was a cross in email communication because you replied to an address other than our customer service email. Once it was cleared up, we quickly processed the refund. I'm glad we were able to get this straightened out for you and I hope your daughter's looked amazing in the wedding!

Unfortunately they had some stock issues with the original dress I ordered, so I was sent this instead. The dress was far from blush, much more ivory. I didn’t even end up wearing it at all. Really disappointed.

While Rainey’s Closet did their best attempt to fix an issue with a dress I purchased for rental back in September for a very special event in November, the dress was unavailable to ship to me three days prior to my event. I received notice via email, putting me in a panic. Everything was set and according outfits were purchased and planned for others based off the dress I had reserved months prior. Although a replacement was given to me and made it in time for my event, I was having to settle for a dress that I feel should’ve been well reserved for me since payment and early reservation was made months prior to my shower. I was not offered any type of partial refund or credit for future purchases for the inconvenience and stress this put on me. My suggestion to this company would be to keep more than one size of a dress offered as available so this inconvenience does not happen to others.

The dress was to big, and the flowers on the bodice were very worn looking. It didn't have the same look as the picture. I know the dresses are used and rented, but it looked that way. We didn't use the dress and bought another from another store last minute. Dress was sent back.

Every time I would email for help and asked to speak with someone on the phone, I was denied. This is a direct quote from the last time I asked "We are a small but growing company and not set up to provide phone support at this time. I have never come across an issue we can’t answer by email. " I felt their customer service was extremely poor. I would rather buy dresses and just have a closet full, than deal with the poor service.
