The dress had a terrible smell to it and it was completely wrinkled.

I don’t know if I’ll be using this company again. My dress reeked of cigarettes so couldn’t use it, my daughters dress had a stain on it (although they did send me two capes free of charge which was nice) but I shouldn’t have to deal with these hiccups for a big event that already has me anxious.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The owners customer service is just beyond awful. I requested a call from someone to discuss what specific needs I was looking for. They told me they do not offer that service. What kind of owner refuses to contact a customer who is requesting that. Then I ordered the bday package after discussing it via messenger with 2 people including the owner. She said I could leave specific requests in the notes about what I was looking for. No where does it say specific dresses are excluded from that offer. When I tried to order, they told me dollcake dresses are excluded. Then I selected another, and they said not that one either. When I expressed my continued dissatisfaction and requested a call, that was refused and she just refunded me. Not to mention their requests to their preferred method of communication take days to get back to. If you know what you want and don't have any questions, this may be the company for you, because they seem to have a good product. If customer service means anything, just look at the negative reviews she does have, and you will see that the owner is an arrogant narcissist who refuses to apologize and make things right with the customer.

This dress arrived with five sequins missing from the collar, so it was noticeable. If people are paying for a high-end fashion item, it should be expected as such. Customer service was not helpful and told me to ship it back the same day I inquired or no refund would happen. That wasn't feasible since I was out of town due to COVID; however, they didn't care. Be warned when renting from this company, they obviously do not repair items between uses - even when you pay the "cleaning/repair" fee upon rental. Extremely terrible service.

I never received my dresses. I am Glad I had some dresses at home to be used during my minis. Won’t use them again.

The dress sizing chart was waaaay off. I measured my daughter and ordered accordingly. She was swimming in the size 6. Fit more like an 8/10. I was not able to get a replacement dress or a refund. Will not be back sadly.

I was not Satisfied with order. I asked for a credit to get something else for the future and customer service was very delayed in getting back to me and then did not respond at all.

I ordered with enough time to get my order a day before traveling and my order was not delivered in time. It was really stressful email and trying to coordinate all while being out at a national championship with my kids. They were very upset their order did not arrive and though I received a “sorry the shipper didn’t deliver” message I don’t feel that anyone tried to do everything they could to get my kids something to wear or offer me a credit for all the trouble.

Do not listen to any reply this company may send. My daughter has a father daughter dance NExT week and they canceled my order with one week notice. I now have to break my 3 year old daughters heart. DO NOT BUY from this company or listen to any lie they may reply to this

I would not even give this website one star. I rented a dress for 4 days for a photo shoot for my daughter. I received the dress on the day after my photo shoot on the day that I was supposed to return it!!! 4 days late!! I was then told I could not get a refund for the dress because I didn’t return it on time. No percentage off offered and no refund on a dress that was 4 days late?? You rent dresses to have on time for an event and I had nothing! The sales person even suggested that I reschedule my photo shoot. That’s great customer service. Do not rent from this site! “Rent the runway” has kids now I will be using that . Rude staff and even the owner emailed me with no care or concern to make things right.

Alycia, it is always frustrating when UPS has a delay that is out of our control and we understand that. We work with customers to extend rentals at no charge if their photo shoot can be rescheduled or offer a full refund as long as the items are returned the next day. In your case they weren't so we weren't able to offer a full refund this time. I'm sorry you're disappointed in our policies.

Kate, I am so sorry that your package was lost by UPS. We have no control over shipping delays and have opened an investigation with UPS, but have no updated information. I have issued a full refund. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

The dress was old and the color was washed out. The bottom of dress was falling off(no puff). Looked nothing like the picture. Very ugly didn’t even use the dress. Your customer service was very poor and didn’t even care to give me a different dress nor give my money back. Will never do business with you again nor recommend your service. Very disappointed.

Definitely size up!!! I sent my dimensions to the shop and they recommended I get a 3 instead of the 4 I ordered. It was too short and I was so bummed. The dress also arrived stained with what appeared to be grease under the lining and it showed through the tulle. The tulle also had what appeared to be a coffee stain on it and one of the jewels over the arm fell off as soon as I got my daughter dressed for her unicorn photos. I was extremely disappointed with the way the dress arrived in such a poor condition. I also rented the accessory set and the hardband had peach flowers and didn’t match the lavender dress. The flowers were also smashed and one was loose. The cape didn’t match the dress and I couldn’t use any of the accessories I paid extra for. I recommend you skip those. I wanted a floral headband that matched since I wasn’t sure on the color of the dress, but the one they sent wasn’t a match either. I was forced to scramble to find something that matched.

I paid for overnight Saturday delivery. I never received the package . It was inconvenience because I had to run around looking for a new dress for the photo shoot I had scheduled

Haven't received items yet. Ordered these items well in advance. They were supposed to be here Friday. Had photo shoot that I paid $450 for and cancelled because I didn't have clothes and had to eat all that money because they're professional photography place and needed over 24 hours to cancel. Will be taking my own pictures and sending out my Christmas cards late because of you so I am not happy right now. First time using you and so far it's a terrible experience.

10 days after I returned the dress RC claimed I damaged the dress beyond repair and charged an additional $200 to my debit card. I do not believe we caused the damage, nor did I look 'beyond' repair in the images she sent of a few small marks that appeared untreated...due to the way they were showing on the tulle. RC refused to send me the damaged dress that I had now paid over $250 for, or allow me a chance to attempt to clean it. In my view, they stole either $200 or a dress from me. Beware the contract leaves open the option for them to charge pretty much any amount they please after the fact. WELL after the fact. 200% of a phantom 'market value'. I suppose I should just be hopeful they don't decide to drop another $200 charge on me next week. I will be following up on this matter, as it is obviously wildly unacceptable.
