“The most easy-going process ever! Received the dress on time and was able to mail it back out without any hassle. Can't wait to rent from Rainey's again.”

“We received two items we wanted and 2 items that were just okay. They were matched perfectly to what we ordered, but weren't the style we were looking for (wanted the big bow headband vs the crown). For the price, it is totally worth it though. I wish there was a way to let them know what your preferences are so that it could increase your likelihood of getting what you want.”

“I do not know why I waited so long to rent! I rented a gown and accessories for my daughter's 9th birthday. COVID really made sad and anxious. I wanted her to find some happiness this summer so we sat together and looked until she found the one she loved. I photographed her at a castle! The dress was so soft and the accessories were perfect. The packaging really, really made it a boutique experience. The return process was effortless. Rainey's Closet is a must in my studio now.”

“My daughter is about 4’11” and 88#. I ordered her the size 14. She wore for a formal photo shoot. The dress fit her perfect in length and width. It was slightly loose/low under her armpits but not noticeable. The layered tears of dress she adored! Stunning really. Especially if looking for a dress with wider straps at the top. Came nicely packaged and super easy to return. Arrived on time (early in fact!) I would rent again from Raineys!”

“This was my first time renting from this company and it won't be the last. I had such a great experience with their outstanding service. I kept debating on what color dress to choose from and they were able to change my order without any hassle and was quick to respond. The dress actually arrived early and it was beautiful.
