“Order sat in their order queue for nearly a week without a reason. Payment was sent to company within 24 hours of order. Website has a bug that makes getting the shipper tracking information impossible. Needed to contact their customer service to get the correct package id number. I won't even begin to discuss the nightmare that dealing with their shipper turned into.”

“Since their takeover by Conrad I am sorry to say that Rapid's pricing seems to have increased markedly and now Conrad (who we used to buy from) have increased prices for any goods which are also available direct from Rapid.”
