“THE ONLY THING I THOUGHT WAS A BIT ODD, AND DID CAUSE A SMALL INCONVENIENCE FOR ME, WAS THE FACT THAT THE FIRST ORDER HAS TO GO TO THE ADDRESS THAT THE CARD IS REGISTERED TO. I'VE NEVER KNOWN THIS WITH A WEBSITE BEFORE AND I DID NEED IT DELIVERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS SO IT INEVITABLY SLOWED ME DOWN. OTHER THAN THAT - GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU!”

“Great product range, even better prices, delivery was very rapid and well packaged not to mention FREE. I would of given full marks were in not for one problem, the canvases I ordered were not the same as the ones I got, I think it was a problem with the listing online using the wrong description and the canvases are still good, just not what I expected. I called customer services and talked to a lovely girl who was kind and courteous and said that she would check and get back to me, this however didn't happen. Not sure why and as I am content I have let it drop. In summery some points quite excellent, others not sadly.”

“Generally excellent service with great service from Danielle Bush when we need it. Danielle is a pleasure to work with. We are sure she should have a pay rise! "Same day dispatch" promise on the web site often doesn't happen, with shipping frequently delayed to the following day. RS, Farnell and CPC beat Rapid for reliable same day dispatch. We purchase quantities of Microchip PIC products such as 16F1825, 16F19XX series. They are all high performance, mid-range devices at low prices but not currently available from Rapid stock. We would find these useful to have in your inventory. Other than these small criticisms, we like dealing with Rapid and it is our first choice for components most of the time.”

“Rapid are great suppliers for those hard to come by electronic components as well as many other things. Delivery is quick and efficient, so long as the items ordered are in stock -anything not in stock is placed on back order and you are warned of this with an estimate of the lead time. You have to be careful with unit quantities which are sometimes hard to gauge.”

“Normally I would rate this company as excellent, but this time I had a problem with the online ordering system. I put items in my basket, but then delayed placing the order. When I returned, the basket was empty! I then added the items again and checked my basket, no problem. But on going to the checkout I had both sets of items. I reported this, and got a fast response direct from the web master, saying that he had found the problem and would be fixing it, but advised saving the order rather than just leaving it on screen until this is done. So yes, I had problems, but very happy with the feedback and will continue to use this excellent supplier..”

“Ordered Rocker Switch. I had search my normal sources of components with no luck. Google identified Rapid in a general search. Navigating the Rapid web page was easy and I found the component very quickly. The technical description was sufficient for me to decide the switch was suitable for my application. Ordering was very easy and the order arrived when expected. A good experience finding the part although the postage was more than the part so I'd probably place a larger order next time.”
