“The hot polystyrene knife cutter arrived very quickly after I ordered it, the next day I think. It's a great product, heats up quickly but I wish the knife was a little longer!”

“Delivery is very quick usually next day where as RS always takes 2 days to my area. However you have far too many items not in stock. I often have to go for my second or third choice as I cannot wait for a month. Hence RS is better as they are rairly out of stock.”

“Like so many searches online, luck played a big part in my contacting your company. I was looking for "the company" RAPID STAPLES, it just so happens that you stock a small range for their products, thank you for your promt delivery (next day) although I only paid for standard delivery and the fact that I was able to speak to a human being was excellent, Regards Reg Francis”

“I initially had difficulty setting up an online account I did not know the security code for my debit card was on the back. I talked with one of your advisors online but he did not tell me where the code number was so I telephoned to make the order and the man I spoke to told me where to find the code. I logged on again and was able to complete the process. and received my goods promptly. thank you”

“On the whole I am pleased with Rapid Electronics especially the prices, and delivery is also very good. However, some stock is not always available and a few items are only sold in bulk (e.g. 4002 dual 4 input nor gate which comes per 1000s), which is a bit awkward for us amateur enthusiasts.”

“I needed the circuit to stretch a pulse input. I ordered the astable board by mistake , so modded it to mono stable. Only problem the kit had been supplied with 270R resistors instead of 470R. Since i really only wanted the pcb iit didn't. I notice people have complained of lack of information, i think this maybe because optional components not identified on the schematic diagram. This would only be an issue for novices. Overall very good.”
