“I bought a 3d pen from Rapid because they were cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I placed the order at 6.15 in the evening and it arrived the next day. I don't think I've ever had faster delivery. I am very impressed.”

“Excellent as regards delivery - my order was placed late on Friday evening and delivered early on the following Monday morning. The items were well packed and arrived undamaged. I would have give 5 stars apart from the fact that one of the items, a large pack of self-seal envelopes, had a fair number that would not seal properly and had to have sellotape applied as well. As I needed to use the envelopes immediately I did not ask for a replacement pack, but I am sure (judging from past experience) that this would have been arranged without fuss if time had allowed. I have always found Rapid Electronics Limited to be reliable - and they certainly do live up to their name as regards delivery.”

“The quality of the products is good, but delivery is fragmented. I ordered 6 small items and have received 4 up to date in 3 separate deliveries. The need for a password before you can order is un necessary and frustrating. I already have so many passwords that I can't remember them all. Why can't I shop as a guest? A good range of quality products but customer focus is sadly lacking.”

“I was told by my local electrician that the doorbell bulb that I wanted was obsolete and unobtainable. I discovered Rapid Electronics and I found the bulbs I wanted straight away and at a very reasonable price. I also bought a 32GB memory stick while I was at it. I had immediate confirmation, and delivery within 3 days. Excellent caring service. I wasn't long informing my electrician. I shall definitely use them again and so, I think, will my electrician. “I did not find the website easy to use I really want a red and black set of wires and ended up with two black. If you are dealing with a shop the assistant would probably say are you sure you want both reels to be black. The double switch was of poor quality compared with say MK. In this case I wanted a switch that could be used outside to protect the plug as well. If one goes to say Maplins shop you can talk to someone. I need to be more alert when buying from Rapid. The service is however quick, next day service which takes some beating.”
