“When my order was delivered the contents were not what i ordered but the matter was quickly rectified when my husband phoned up. We were impressed that the phone was answered straight away and the matter was sorted out so promptly. The book that was ordered was quickly dispatched and arrived the following day. We will certainly use your company again.”

“Plenty of good value electronic hardware and passive components. A limited range and not always competitive for transistors. Very easy to order through the web page. Absolutely adequate packaging without the huge amount of waste that you can get with some suppliers.”

“Service generally fast and encourages MERG to continue to source most of our components from Rapid through approximately 20 proxy Kit Producers. There have been questions over Rapid's business model and how it seems to lack regard for customers who use components offered when Rapid unilaterally decides to discontinue items. Add that to puzzlement over Rapid's wish that we only buy in the same MOQ as they get from their source for items that they want to discontinue...for that reason MERG now buys all its power supplies direct from PowerpaxUK thus eliminating the considerable markup added by Rapid. We are not complaining, of course, but surely that deprives Rapid of business?”

“Service was good however the items I purchased were a waste because the data sheet was poor and did not describe the operation of the component correctly. When tested the component did not work as I understood from the information and was of no use to me. Information from manufacturers web site very poor.”

“Easy to use website with all components in stock and at reasonable prices, the delivery was fast and the order picking was accurate. The packing of some components could have been better, such as a transformer was just stuck in a polystyrene block, which had come out resulting in a bent pin, same situation with relays. But on saying that Rapid is often forgotten against suppliers such as Avnet, Farnell and RS and Rapid is well worth a try as a price competitive alternative.”

“Rapid are helpful, we have used them for a long time. They no longer stock some of the parts we need, which is a shame, but they obviously know what sells well for them. Overall they are still our first choice when looking for components.”

“halo Rapid team, the service has increased very much on the last years, on faster process and shippings. The prices you offer are very good compared to some parts on other online services. The only handicap we still found its the excessive price on shippings outside UK -we have paid up to ~ 40€ on some orders- compared to the free shipping of mouser (?65€), farnel, the 24h UPS shipping of TME (7,90€) or 4,90 of Reichelt. thank you very much for your service. /v”

“Excellent products delivered quickly but I'm disappointed with a carriage charge of about £9 on a relatively small order (but if did contain a 1.1kg package) - a Royal Mail delivery would be better for us in Orkney (KW17). I find that it is always easy to contact and speak to someone on the 'phone, and that can't be said for many companies nowadays. Overall, I'm very happy with the products and service offered by Rapid and will continue to use them in preference to anyone else.”
