“Despite paying for pre-12 and calling the sales team to complain when it didn't arrive, the best that the sales team could offer was a refund from a pre 12 rate to next day rate. I suggested that the right thing to do was to refund the full pre 12 amount as the goods failed to arrive until later in the afternoon. I was met with a refusal and to date I haven't had confirmation of any refund. Pretty poor service at any time, and as it was my first experience, it will be my last.”

Hi John. We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience regarding a refund for a delayed delivery. I have spoken to our Customer Services department who have stated they have no record of this correspondence. However, they have assured me that they will be processing the refund for delivery charges as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. “Excellent supplier - never assume they won't sell something... always check & search, they are like the magic corner shop that sells everything! Not only that, sometimes you have to double check the price. I recently stumbled across a-z file dividers whilst looking for something completely different. We're going through so many of these at the moment that I have been forced to buy economy ones from our usual stationary company, but the ones found on the Rapid site looked like premium ones, for half the price of the really naff economy ones I had been buying. Couldn't quite believe it so ordered one of each type to sample, and they are indeed of far superior quality. I can see Rapid being our primary stationary supplier from now on. Communication & Delivery times excellent. I suspect this is a company that truly has adopted quality management principles throughout its organisation. You don't come across them that often.”

“Superb service as always. A parcel from 'Rapid' parcel arrived with the packaging damaged and 2 items missing. We phoned Rapid Electronics and they sent out replacement parts immediately! Thank you Rapid Electronics Ltd!”

“When my order was delivered the contents were not what i ordered but the matter was quickly rectified when my husband phoned up. We were impressed that the phone was answered straight away and the matter was sorted out so promptly. The book that was ordered was quickly dispatched and arrived the following day. We will certainly use your company again.”

“I needed a product that wasn't initially available from Rapid, but after talking to one of their buyers, I was able to get the new product added to their inventory. It's great to be able to talk to a human being, and actually be able to get product lines added, rather than just dealing with automated 'out of stock' messages.”
