“I am very pleased with Rapid's delivery service. The box was full of protection and was one day delivery which I did not know. I ordered it before my Amazon order( which was amazon prime one day delivery) and my Rapid order came hours before. Very pleased and I will definitely buy from them again.”

“Dear Sirs, I was a little disappointed with the delivery from UK mail on my last purchase, I was not in to receive the delivery and it was left with a neighbour but no card left to say this was the case. and where it was left. I looked on the delivery tracking to see if there was any information, this showed a signers name, but was not a name of any of my near neighbours, so I sent an enquiry to UK Mail using their query service to enquire which house number it was left at, but received no reply in response. It was not until the next day that one of my neighbours brought the package round and wondered why I had not called to collect it on the day of delivery.”

“As usual, an excellent shopping experience from Rapid, only let down by the delivery experience by UKmail. For some reason (not explained) my parcel was delayed, so I stayed in all day for nothing! Had to arrange for delivery for another day so in all it took 3 days instead of the usual next day delivery.”

“Needed a GSM shield for an Arduino IOT project. Looked at the range of others, Rapid, with whom I've dealt before when I needed a part I couldn't get elsewhere, had the best choices. I ordered near a bank holiday and did not expect to receive as quickly as I did. Product came in perfect condition and very well packaged. Rapid may not have the best prices on the net but it's hard to beat the range and service they do have.”
