“Most of my order arrived very quickly but I'm still waiting for one item which was supposed to be in stock in a European distribution point. A week on and I still haven't received it. Not very impressive.”

“I have received order details, invoice, delivery info for some one else's products. I have never ordered from you. I also was given the name and delivery address of a complete stranger- not good for data protection purposes!”

“A keen home baker, I was unfortunate to smash my treasured pyrex mixing bowl of 35 years when I dropped a cast iron weighing balance weight onto it. I was initially distressed but my husband and Google found your site with just what what was needed as a replacement. Ordered after lunch one day it arrived at 10.45 a.m. the following day. What service! We couldn't believe it. Many thanks.”

“RapidOnline is my outlet of choice for practically everything electrical/electronic, with its impressive array of devices down to component level that offers high performance at competitive prices. It also has a wealth of other more general produces- one of my favourites being the Science section that includes laboratory glassware, very useful for we home brewers. Lastly, the service is impeccable, and cannot be faulted. Would that there were more companies like Rapid!”

“Always really quick, as name suggests, and their prices are pretty good too. I've ordered quite a few times over the past couple of years and it's always been delivered next day. You can do everything online but they still have real customer service if you need it: I had cause to email them about a problem with the website on a Sunday evening ('favourite' items glitch after website upgrade) and was really surprised and pleased to get a personal reply back first thing Monday morning from someone called Samantha, and she arranged to tweak the website database which cleared my issue within an hour.”

“Please try to improve your search engine. It needs to be mo refined. For example if I need a MOSFET, P type, I should not go trough many menus. How about a simple parametric search? regards,”

“Always delivers in good time, has a good selection of MOST of the components that I purchase (probably around 70%) and has good communications. Only comment is that some items I have purchased in the past, when purchased the same, (with same order number) have not been identical, probably as a result of Rapid sourcing them from an alternative manufacturer, this has caused some minor irritation, but nothing serious.”
