“Good competitive prices, very fast delivery, helpful customer service. Back orders sometimes can be long enough to forget all about them. I made a basket up of stock items and saved it for a few days to add in stock parts. I ordered a couple of days later and forgot to check, but some items were now back ordered. The free postage for £30 is at times a challenge, I have no problems with the delivery service, although single small items can end up in lots of packing paper and big boxes, so they would not fit through the letter box. My supplier of choice for electronic home projects. I also use them through my work. 4 and 1/2 stars.”

“I have been a customer for a few years now and the service from Rapid is always excellent. Same day dispatch with delivery next day and any questions are answered promptly. I've only once had a return due to a faulty item but this was dealt with extremely efficiently. The range of products is excellent and the website very easy to navigate so finding what I need is easy. Overall very pleased.”
