“Easy way to get high quality coffee house coffee at home”

“High quality carafe. For some reason I thought it was double-walled and therefore insulated. But it's not fyi. I like having this option to my Ratio 6 carafe, and when I don't use it to make coffee I use it to fill the Ratio 6 water reservoir.”

“Very happy with this company. I reached out after submitting my purchase with some questions that I forgot to ask beforehand. Customer service gave me a very long and comprehensive response addressing all of my questions. They were quick to help me find a better product for my needs and cancel the previous order even though I would have spent more money if I had kept it.”

“Our beloved Ratio 8 failed (at the three year mark) thus it went in for service. The Ratio 6 loaner arrived as promised...but unfortunately my wife strongly disliked its appearance therefore I packed it up and returned it without using it even once. Sorry for this depressing feedback but I figure that honestly is best.”

“Loving my refurbished Ratio Six, basically perfect. Gone through a few coffee makers and I'm really happy with this one, easy to use, makes a consistent cup. Actually had a Behmor Connected brewer before this which I loved but the heating element went out, so happy this has the 5 year warranty. Worth every penny!”
