“High quality carafe. For some reason I thought it was double-walled and therefore insulated. But it's not fyi. I like having this option to my Ratio 6 carafe, and when I don't use it to make coffee I use it to fill the Ratio 6 water reservoir.”

“Very happy with this company. I reached out after submitting my purchase with some questions that I forgot to ask beforehand. Customer service gave me a very long and comprehensive response addressing all of my questions.
