“Excellent customer service! They sent me a new order when UPS delayed the delivery. Thank you Raw Generation! I'll be ordering more! :) The juices are great quality too. “The juices tasted awful and I became disoriented on the second day, so I stopped drinking them. Also, my bowels are still not normal one day after stopping the program. This treatment is too extreme.”

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your juices. More often than not, when our diets are laden with an overabundance of processed and artificial foods, it taints our ability to taste and enjoy fresh fruit and vegetable juices in the way that nature intended. “I love juicing my own fruits and veggies at home, however, it’s such a hassle and an inconvenience sometimes. I was on the fence about trying Raw Generation until I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised! Again, having been juicing everything myself I can honestly say their Skinny Cleanse does taste exactly the same as if you juiced it yourself; delicious and full of nutrients. I highly recommend. I had 1 bad experience with the Keto Cleanse and their customer service really helped resolve the problem for me. I highly recommend Raw Generation! Especially their Skinny Cleanse.”

“My order was received completely thawed on a late Friday afternoon, and I reached put via email to customer service even though it was only 10 minutes from the end of their business day. I INSTANTLY heard back and was told a new shipment would be sent out immediately with extra dry ice (first one had no ice). On Monday morning I received a new tracking number and by Thursday at new I had a brand new shipment completely frozen. I absolutely could not be any happier !”

“Not only are the juices delicious at Raw Generation. They have wonderful customer service. I had an issue, and they responded promptly and took care of the situation wonderfully. This is why I will be a repeat customer. I really enjoy the Skinny Cleanse. I drink 2 green juices a day and 3 healthy meals, and I feel (and look) great! When I say "look good", I mean I am looking fit, healthy, and not malnourished. This is a HEALTHY way to maintain good weight, but also get many vitamins, minerals, and other really good components into your body that would be hard to achieve with food alone (who can eat all that kale?). Wonderful place to cleanse with.”

“I purchased the protein cleanse in hopes of losing a few pounds before vacation. My cleanse arrived completely THAWED. I contacted customer service and they told me to discard the cleanse because it was contaminated and they would send me a new cleanse. That would not work as I was leaving for vacation. They refunded me a small portion of my money that I as wasted on this product. When asked why they would only refund a portion they stated it was because they offered to ship me another box and would not refund shipping charges even though they guarantee their product. BE CAREFUL ORDERING - YOU MAY NOT BE GETTING WHAT YOU ASK FOR. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this transaction and recommend others do the same.”

It is not in our policy to refund the shipping charges, the policy is to refund on the product only.
