“My son and daughter in law have been juicing for a few months, I decided I would try myself. I can say that this is great journey I will be on from now on. I feel less bloated and the sugar gravings have become no more!! I tried a one day juice and diod the three day detox packets. I have lost a few pounds so far. I purchased the juices to start after Christmas. My husband and I are going to do it together and continue our clean eating. I will be happy to update in a couple of months. All the juices I have tried taste amazing and keep you full. Looking forward to our journe. Thak you so much.”

Hi Alyssa! 100% of our sugar is naturally occurring from the raw fruit and vegetable juices, nuts, seeds, and spices. We never use added or refined sweeteners. It's a common misunderstanding that because refined sugars are unhealthy, the same must apply to the naturally occurring sugars found in fruits and vegetables, and this is untrue. Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! We understand your concerns and would like to address them! Other juice companies use preservatives or high-pressure processing, which gives their juices a long shelf life, but degrades or eliminates most of the nutritional value and taste. So while their juice may not have to be frozen in transit, what’s inside is less nutritious. The only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. The styrofoam insulation in the boxes allows us to get you the products frozen as possible. We would like to also let you know we are always researching and testing more sustainable measures, however, we have not yet found any other materials that allow us to get the freshest, most delicious products to you safely as well as the materials that we currently use. Please rest assured we are always experimenting and searching for more sustainable ways to do this. Thanks!

“I haven’t done my cleanse yet because my delivery was delayed by a week and even a second “overnighted” delivery was a day late. The first delivery finally came but needed to be thrown away because it was melted. The second one just came yesterday. I had planned my cleanse around events I had going on and that plan is now no good. I need to figure out a new plan. For what it is worth, when I called Raw Generation for help the person was EXCELLENT! Her Customer service was great. But the entire process has been terrible since I didn’t get my delivery even close to on time. Very disappointing”

Hi Tom! Thanks for your feedback. I am glad to hear our Customer Service team was able to help you. Unfortunately for us, we cannot control what these carriers do with the packages once they have possession of them. Especially this time of year, they are quite overloaded and we do see an increase in delays. Please be assured that if you ever have an issue with delivery we will do everything we can to fix the problem and make your experience a better one! We hope you come back again in the future to cleanse with us and the delivery goes smoothly so you can have the experience you intended to have. :)
