“I enjoyed the experience. I did not finish the juices every day since I was pretty full by the end of each day, so by the time I was done, I had a few left. I used these to go into a 4th day with a light, plant-based dinner. The juice was really tasty. I did lose about 2.5 pounds and a lot less bloating. I'd definitely do it again.”

“I lost about 12 lbs in the 10 days. i found the drinks to taste good. A little on the sweet side of things. It is very hard to keep drinking these with everyday after 5 days. Without protein you start having some major cravings. The results don't really last. As soon as you eat anything several lbs go back on you. you would think your body would be in ketosis and would burn up the calories you eat much quicker. I would recommend if someone needs to get started losing some weight. But it will take more work afterwards to keep it going.”

“I started this journey with hopes of improving my A1C and cholesterol and addressing weight gain, joint and muscle pain associated with perimenopause. We live in Texas, happy to see my bottles arrived solidly frozen! I did a 5-day reduced sugar cleanse last Mon-Fri and lost 6 lbs. Over Sat/Sun I picked back up 3/4lb. Today is day 2 of my maintenance phase and I lost the gain plus another 1lb. The best news is my massage therapist told me this morning this is the least "sticky" my fascia has felt EVER, and my tension and knots were significantly easier to work out. This is a great start and I look forward to seeing the results as I continue tweaking my plan for cleanse and maintenance.”

“This was a great way to detox from all the summer fun we had in July. The drink was sweet and delicious. And kept hunger or any craving off during the 3 days. This was a surprise with no added sugar products with so much satisfaction. I lost 5 lb in 3 days and I lost an additional 3 lb after that and I am still keeping it off. My body got reset and I have not craved many sugary products(ice cream, doughnuts, cupcakes and cookies) like before. And I have been more than ever conscious of reading labels of added sugar. We signed up for the auto-ship program so we will plan to another round. Thank you for making great and clean products.”

“So Worth It! Product arrived perfectly. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The taste is great. The process was very simple, way easier than I thought it would be. The results were SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD. I did the 7 day protein juice. I went from 208lbs to 200lbs, and I didn't work out at all, I would just do some 30-45min walks maybe about 4x that week. Went back to the gym the second day off the juice cleanse and I lost no strength in the gym at all. I was just leaner and less bloated. My stomach definitely shrank a bit, and I find that I have a deeper appreciation of food, I'm chewing more and enjoying every bite more. I'll be doing it again in 3 months. I even got compliments from people saying "what did you do, you look great, your jaw line looks even better, what the heck did you do?". Two other people already went to go plan their purchase and week of cleanse. Highly recommend Raw Generation.”

“My husband and I loved the 3-day protein cleanse. All of the 6 drinks were unique in flavor, delicious, and satisfied a craving. He kept to the recommended order of drinks, taking one every 2 hours. I integrated the higher calorie drinks during the middle of the day when I tend to eat more and when I exercise. At the end of the 3 days, we awoke feeling refreshed and energetic. The "reset" triggered more thoughtful menu planning around healthier choices. Within the first week of completing the 3 day regime, we are already discussing when we should start our next one! We liked the cleanse because it made us feel good, we enjoyed the delicious flavors, and we appreciated having a nutritionist map out the portion sizes we would required throughout the day.”

“The 5 day skinny cleanse is not for the faint of heart. Day 1-3 are very difficult. By day 4 it gets mentally easier. The tarte greens and the red juice (sweet roots?) I could not choke down. The other flavors were decent. I lost 3 lbs in the first two day but that’s where I plateaued. I only snacked on fresh fruits/veggies when I was hungry. Overall, I felt less bloated and “puffy”. Definitely proud of myself for getting through it but it was TOUGH.”

“I've been enjoying Raw Generation juices for about 3 months now. I started with 3-day low-sugar juice detox and immediately dropped about 5 lbs. I know it's water weight and the weight did come back within the next week of returning to my regular diet. One nice thing I noticed was I felt more energetic and decreased my cravings for unhealthy snacks. I have tried the Stay Skinny Method, and I order Build a Box with a variety of juices. I truly love them and feel healthier. I lift weights and try to keep a healthy diet in general and follow the instructions I have received. The weight on the scale is - 5lb, but I have built a lot of muscle tone which we know weights much more than fat. One thing it's a little pricey and I wish you guys offered coupons more often. You would see business increase. Thank you, overall super happy customer!”

“This is my wife and my 3rd cleanse with Raw Generation. The most recent one is the stay skinny cleanse that had us eating a "clean dinner". The flavor of the juices seems even better than we remember with new flavors added. The flexibility of making your dinner with recipe/meal recommendations is why we chose this option. Even with the meals we were able to lose ~5 pounds for the week. Highly recommend this for people that are not looking for all juices for the day.”

“The juices arrived nice and cold and were very fresh. I found that diluting it with a little bit of water made it easier to drink. It was difficult for me to drink 6 juices in a day so I ended up drinking maybe only 3 per day. I lost only 3 pounds which was disappointing because I thought I would lose more. The last day of cleanse I lose nothing. I did the 3 day cleanse. Overall I would try it again especially if I am looking to lose weight quickly.”

“I absolutely love these juices and shakes from the skinny method. I am a full on stan. With that said, not really seeing much a change in my weight week to week, BUT I feel fantastic and I will try to adjust my exercising schedule and see of that optimizes things in that end.”

“The proteins came “spoiled” and sour so I had to get rid of them upon delivery. The juices itself in the protein bundle were fantastic. I ended making the 5 day protein juice cleanse into a 3 day skinny cleanse due to the ruined proteins. I would buy again, but getting items shipped in the summer is a risk that I probably wont take again.”
