“I thoroughly enjoyed this cleanse! The juices were delicious and were almost like a treat instead of a “chore” of having to down something just to fill your stomach. I was not hungry and they definitely carved any cravings I may have had …. Am looking into the stay skinny bundle to continue my weight loss journey while trying to staying healthy.”

“I appreciate the convenience, many options and reasonable prices for the juices. Very pleased with product. I cannot rate smoothies as they contain cashews which I have an allergy to.”

“I’m only on the second day, but from yesterday morning to today, I have lost 3 pounds. I’m sure that some of this may be water weight, but I do have more energy. I slept well, which I never do, and I woke up feeling refreshed. I was skeptical about whether or not I’d make it the full 5 days, but I’m positive today that I can do this. The only thing I’m not super excited about is the “Sweet Roots” drink, it smells and tastes like wet dirt, so having to choke that one down is not my favorite, but I’ll get through it. 😂”

“I purchased the 3 day juice cleanse & started my cleanse last Friday. I was a little nervous to start it because I was afraid I would have bad headaches, low energy, & feel light headed going 3 days with no solid food. Day 1 & 2 went great, absolutely no hunger pains or cravings. Day 3 around by the end of the day my stomach growled once & still no real cravings. I lost 6.6 lbs & felt less bloated/puffy. The experience was great for me, I had a clear mind, lots of energy, & even lost a few pounds! I will be trying the stay skinny method next. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try a juice cleanse, there are lots of benefits & it's manageable with the right mindset.”

“I was excited to try out the skinny cleanse. It was my first juice cleanse and was skeptical about it. I did the five day juice cleanse and it just made me feel bloated. All the juices were too sweet in taste. I did have energy with out drinking coffee, so that was good. I wouldn’t try them again.”

“Tastes were very good but from a sustainability standpoint I probably would not purchase again. I totally understand the difficulty of storing and shipping frozen juices, however, for me there was just far too much styrofoam and plastic waste to purchase regularly.”

“I started my first cleanse in early June and have been doing them monthly ever since. As of today (Sept. 5), I've lost 15 pounds! Here are my thoughts: The first two times I did the Skinny Cleanse. I found that I couldn't drink all six juices in a day and they were all on the sweeter side. I lost five pounds in five days and was surprised to find that despite the sweet juices, I had almost totally kicked my refined sugar cravings by the end of it--amazing! In July, I lost four more pounds on my second five-day cleanse. I had energy both times but mostly stuck to yoga and walking. Then in August, I did the three-day low-sugar detox and I won't go back! I was worried because the smoothies are higher in calorie content than I was expecting, but I am in shock! I lost six pounds in three days, felt full/satisfied the whole time, and none of the drinks were too sweet. I just signed up for a monthly three-day low-sugar detox and I can't wait for the next one to arrive! I could probably do this weekly. The best part was that I felt great the whole time and could do my normal HIIT and weights workouts. Love Raw Generation!!”
