“Never got my juices. When i emailed the company About it they told me there is nothing they will do”

Hi there! I do apologize but that is false information. You did reach out to us stating your order was not delivered, and we noted back to you that the tracking information shows delivered in which case you would need to file a claim with FedEx for a missing package. We supplied all of the information and instructions needed to file a claim, and we did not hear back from you again. We ask you please revise this review as we are more than willing to help get your issue with FedEx resolved. Thank you!

“This was the best juice cleanse I’ve ever done. Albeit it is expensive & not all organic I still really enjoyed my 3 day cleanse. I did the less sugar juice cleanse; it was all super tasty! I never felt hungry or starved. I loved the vanilla protein drink & the lemony greens juice! I lost a solid 4lbs and didn’t gain it back! It’s a great way to start off a diet and exercise routine.”

“Tried the 3 day protein juice cleanse. Juices were very good. Had a juice at 8, 10, 12, 2, 4, 6 and felt full most days. Had to eat some watermelon, cucumber and celery as snacks from time to time. I was trying to curb my snacking and eat more balanced meals and cut back on my bad cravings and I think this cleanse helped to achieve that. Overall a great experience and will do this again 1-2 times a year.”

“3 of the caps on my juices were screwed on wrong or someone opened them… yuk. I threw them in the garbage. Suks, because they are very expensive.”

“this is one of the best if not the best juice cleanse I’ve done! I tried the protein cleanse and the skinny cleanse a month apart. I was able to workout throughout both 3 day cleanses. I was also not that hungry at all! And if I was I’d eat half an avocado and apple every other hour that I wasn’t drinking the juice. I also got my husband hooked on it so now we both have it on auto ship woohoo !”

“This was literally one of the worst things I’ve tried to stomach. I couldn’t really get past the smell alone but the instant it touched my mouth I nearly vomited. I tried 3 different flavors. All with the same results. I had a coworker try one that basically eats anything and everything and even he couldn’t drink it. Such a disappointment and waste of my money.”

“The juices were so tasty! I had extra so I extended the cleanse an extra day. I can't wait to try new juices. and I did lose 8 lbs!!! whoohoo! I felt so good, I woke up better and fell asleep easier and I didn't feel bloated or overfed like I usually do”

“So far i have had a very good experience with raw generation. The only con is the last shipment was ordered on a Friday and it didn't ship till Monday then i didn't get it till Wednesday.”

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. Unfortunately, since we are dealing with a frozen, perishable product we must adhere to a strict shipping schedule. To avoid any issues in the future, please be sure to place orders before 1:30 PM EST on Wednesdays to receive by the end of the week. Thanks!

“The juice arrives neatly packed, still frozen and on time. The flavors are great and very enjoyable to drink. I did the 3-day cleanse and am now substituting one-two meals a day for a juice. I have lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks. Very happy with this company and their products!”

“I have been doing juice cleanses a long time and had trouble after Covid finding anything that really spoke to me. I love the three day cleanse and the stay skinny clans is incredibly flexible and easy to stick to. I have recommended this to quite a few people.”
