“we had tried the 3 protein cleanse before and decided to try to lower sugar detox 3 day cleanse. The flavors were good, we didn't feel hungry but we both felt very bloated, gassy and needed to be close to a bathroom. Not sure if we want to do this one again even though we signed up for repeat delivery.”

“Most of the juices tasted great. Particular fan of the Green Citrus and Celery-based. The nut-based mixes were grainy/chalky but this was quickly improved by the addition of a bit of water to thin it out. Great that the juices come frozen but it’s a bit hard to plan the thawing schedule seeing as they take quite a while to thaw and then need to be consumed within a short amount of that time. Regardless, the juices “worked”, helping me move some initial bloat and a few pounds.”

Hi James! A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊

“I never got to sample the juices. We had to throw them away, because there was nothing keeping them cold. When they arrived, they were all warm. I contacted the company, but did not receive any sort of suitable explanation. Your company should account for travel to hotter locations.”

“Too much garbage what I mean by that is the bottles by the time I was done with my three day cleanse I had so many bottles and I was feeling bad about it. even though I recycle them. You know it's still a lot.”

Hi there! We understand your concerns and do apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices without using any chemical preservatives or HPP (high-pressure pasteurization, which essentially cooks the juices to give them a longer shelf life) is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. When a liquid is frozen, it expands, causing glass bottles to shatter, so we must use plastic bottles instead. We are always researching and exploring more sustainable measures. If you have any suggestions we would love your input! Thank you for reaching out!

“I really like this juice cleanse. It was my first one that I had really ever committed to and it was a little difficult at first because of my hunger cravings but I manage to get through with an apple or banana during the day as well and feel like I did lose a little bit of weight while also detoxify my body. It’s funny how towards the end of the cleanse? I was actually craving juices more than actual food which I think is a good thing lol. I am looking forward to trying another cleanse here soon.”

“I ordered the Lower sugar detox cleanse. Overall I enjoy all the juices, except for the smoothies. I struggle to drink them - I just don't enjoy their taste. Item was also delivered and overall ok-box was wet from ice melt as it seemed to take two days from my ship date notice to actually arrive.”

“The weight loss is temporary but it does promote healthy eating habits and helps you to be mindful of what you are eating. It also encourages you to drink more water and makes it a nice habit. I lost about 5 lbs right after the cleanse but I gained it back up about 3 lbs so quickly and now even after staying on skinny method, I only was able to lose 3 lbs. But I feel better myself and eat better now.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed this cleanse! The juices were delicious and were almost like a treat instead of a “chore” of having to down something just to fill your stomach.
