“Tried the orange juice and absolutely loved it! Had to try since it was a new color and it was delicious. Excited to see if any new carrot based juices or other color veggies will be added!”

“The smoothies in the 3 day low sugar detox cleanse are indeed delicious. However, the amount of sodium in each bottle is way too high- anywhere from 430 to 200. If you consume 6 bottles a day, this is too much.”

Hi Jennifer, Lisa here, Raw Generation's company nutritionist. Thanks for reaching out to us! Great job in always checking your labels, that is one of the most important things you can do in your health journey. There is actually a 2-part answer in response to your concern here. First, the natural sodium found in raw fruits and vegetables does not react in your body in the same way as the sodium found in toxic table salt. Greens like spinach, celery, and Swiss chard have a lot of natural sodium, which is a very beneficial mineral for your body. Of the flavors in the Lower Sugar* Detox Cleanse, only one has a touch of added pink Himalayan salt, and that is the Protein Greens flavor. We intentionally use this type of salt as it does not contain the dangerous anti-caking agents present in table salt while also providing nutritional benefits to your body. Every other flavor is just a mix of fruits, vegetables, and/or unsalted, raw nuts. Second, even if you were to go by traditional "salt" standards, if you add up the sodium amount for an entire day of this cleanse, your tally would be 1,640mg. “I LOVED the juice cleanse that my husband and I did! The juices were delicious! We then followed it up with the Stay Skinny method. My husband lost 10 lbs. so far. I feel amazing. Best part is that my daughter decided to join us on the Stay Skinny method in order to clear her skin but ended up feeling not bloated and more energy. “The cleanses work great! I always lose weight, but the next day or two the weight always comes right back. So this time I tried to follow the cleanse with the stay skinny method. It is suppose to co to use the weight lost 2-3 lbs a week. It’s been 1 week since the cleanse and I haven’t lost or gained any more weight. I need to keep shedding pounds and the stay skinny method isn’t doing that.”

“I live the drinks and the service. I wake up every morning with a green juice or the intermittent fasting morning drink. I feel so much more energy and my skin looks clearer. I haven’t lost much weight but I feel better and at the end of the day that’s what matters most. I have changed the way I eat but still have fun foods. The mindset of 80/20 is solidifying in me and it’s not hard to make the change. For someone who has tried every diet this is the first way of eating that makes me happy and I’m not hungry! 100% recommend. Thank you!”

“not happy would like to of had a better idea of when it was going to arrive. ordered it on a thursday. it showed up thr follwoing thursday, just be for the weekend. i did not want to do it over that weekend. wanted it for that week.”

Hi there! Our FAQ page does state that generally, shipping takes 1-3 business days. We are based in New Jersey and we process orders first come, first serve. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. I see here you ordered on a Thursday night after 9 PM EST. Unfortunately, we can not get to your location in Texas before the end of the week (Saturday) if you order on a Thursday night, so the order was held and shipped the following Monday. According to tracking, your order was delivered promptly on Wednesday 1/10/2024. In the future, if you would like to ensure your order is delivered before the end of the week, please place your order before 1 PM EST on a Wednesday. You can also always reach out to us at support@rawgeneration.com to get a clearer idea of when you will receive your order once you've placed it :) Thanks!

“The juices/protein blends all tasted really good. The Cashew vanilla I preferred frozen so it’s like ice cream. I didn’t like the beet juice at first but it grew on me. I did the 5 day protein cleanse although I had 4 bottles left over. I worked out (weights and cardio) 3/5 days. I was SO craving meat and eggs after day 5! My body felt calmer and I woke up easier. But I got very constipated and it offset the good feelings on day 3-5. I would not do this cleanse again. I would do the juice only (not the protein ones-although I would still consume those as a “treat”) and eat a regular protein rich and fiber rich dinner and walk daily to stay regular. I loved the convenience!! They came very frozen and all tasted very fresh.”

“We had done another juice cleanse several times and I found their portions tooo big and they didn’t come frozen which is great bc I don’t have to start right away. A big key to success is your schedule during. I don’t loose as much on this program but it’s also way more attainable with being able to transition into eating dinner.”

“All of the juices taste good. There aren't chunks or anything like that. Unfortunately I was only able to make it 2 days. I had the worst diarrhea I've ever had in my life and the evening of the second day I fainted. Definitely not for everyone! Not the companies fault at all either. My body it's just weird.”

“We've been using Raw Generation on and off for a couple of years now. It's amazing how many different juices they offer. One of the best things for us personally is the fact that our kids love them. One of our 6-year-olds loves the carrot juice, and our 9-year-old is into almost all the green juices and the beet juice, too. I can't think of an easier way to get fruits and vegetables in your kids. The last thing I need to mention is their customer service. I screwed up last night trying to edit my subscription delivery date and accidentally ordered three boxes of 40 juices. I sent a text message explaining the situation. Keep in mind that last night was a Sunday. Within minutes, two of the orders were canceled and refunded. I couldn't believe it!”
