Hi David! We understand your concerns and would like to address them! Other juice companies use preservatives or high pressure processing, which gives their juices a long shelf life, but degrades or eliminates most of the nutritional value and taste. So while their juice may not have to be frozen in transit, what’s inside is less nutritious. The only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. The styrofoam insulation in the boxes allows us to get you the products frozen as possible. We would like to also let you know we are always researching and testing more sustainable measures, however, we have not yet found any other materials that allow us to get the freshest, most delicious products to you safely as well as the materials that we currently use. Please rest assured we are always experimenting and searching for more sustainable ways to do this. Thanks!

“I decided to do a cleanse and follow-up program to help me break some bad dietary habits. Cleanse was easy to follow, I wasn't hungry and did what I wanted it too. I have felt much better and have been able to make some big changes that I just couldn't seem to do on my own. The juices are great. Unfortunately, the smoothies do not taste very good at all- especially the Vanilla Protein. I pretty much just tolerated it or added a couple things to make it better. It was also good to follow the cleanse with the stay skinny method to keep things a little more structured for another week. I plan to do both next month as well.”

“The cleanse was ok. I did the 5 day sugar cleanse and only lost 1 lbs. I did incorporate some fruit into this one. I initially did the 3 day skinny cleanse and had lost 4 lbs which was mostly water weight. If I were to do it again, I would do the skinny cleanse to help reset my addictive habits like coffee and sweets but not necessarily for weight loss purposes because you will gain the weight back.”

“Citrus Carrot ginger taste is too strong. Beet roots could be improved. The taste of beets dominates the flavor. I would like to see more juice varieties with orange, blueberry, rasberry, carrot, pear.”

“I did a 5 day cleanse last year. This year I figured I'd try the 10 day. I'm 6'2.5" and wieghes 245.4 lbs. After the last day I weighed out at 225.6, a total loss of 19.8 lbs. I know some was water weight but I can see less bloating in my upper stomach. Love handles, middle back and just all the way around went down. Now I understand I donr need all the extra food I was eating. Didn't have any solid food and I was just fine. Started working out and changing my mind set. I think it was a gonna jumping point, psychologically and physically. I just have to avoid eating out of boredom. Thanks for getting me started. Now I have to cook again ugh.”

“All the juices I’ve tried are delicious. Tomorrow is my last day of my 10 day cleanse, and I drank 5 out of the 6 juices allotted for each day, so I am going to use the rest as a breakfast drink since I don’t usually eat in the morning, and these have been a good start to my day. I probably have lost some weight, but I don’t usually weigh myself so I don’t know how much. I did this not so much to lose weight but just to get back on track with healthier eating and to help stop the cravings for junk foods & sweets.”

“I’ve been a customer for several years, and no matter where I purchase juice from, it is never nearly as good & clean as RG! This time, I was going for gut health. I ordered the High Fiber Gut Cleanse kit along with the Stay Skinny pack in efforts to have clean juices and meal replacements while eating clean. I have been suffering from auto-immune-like symptoms for months, and knew my gut bacteria had likely been to blame. It has been so nice to see my skin clear, my digestive issues slowly vanish and my overall health slowly climb. I’m going to be continuing autoshipments regularly to keep stability in my daily diet though my routine is ever changing.”
