We tried the 7 day Keto cleanse. From the start the drinks with the coconut seemed spoiled. No matter how I tried to break up the chunks we were unable. I tried blender bottles, forks and leaving it out. They were terrible and 1 or the flavors was unbearable. We juice often but couldn’t handle it after 3 days and towards the end they were all awful and made us nauseous. We had purchased the 7 day Keto cleanse and couldn’t get through it. Believe me we tried. It might have something to do with the fact that it’s their newest line. One of the reasons I chose to go with raw generation was I saw how great the customer service was. I reached out to them and never heard anything back regarding the drinks spoiling. I substituted the drinks that were unbearable with cucumbers and celery and some other greens. I made it 6.5 days and lost 1.5 pounds. Very disappointing. I really wish someone would have gotten back to me. Would we do it again? NO! It’s unfortunate because we we were really looking forward to it.

I did not care for the Black Coffee and Raw Generation replaced it promptly with the juices that I love. Thank you for being a very reputable company!

I had to give this review 3 stars. I’ve ordered the skinny cleanse for 7 days and it was amazing. However, I am so disappointed in the Keto cleanse. I spoke so highly of the Skinny cleanse line and recommended it to a few friends but this I cannot. Not unless you’re okay w drinking something that doesn’t taste great. I just purchased the 7 day Keto cleanse and I’m so reltuctant to have to finish the rest. Try anything else but the Keto. Never again.

The juices tasted good. I did enjoy that it didn't matter what order I drank them in or if I didn't need all 6, I didn't have to have them all. I personally didn't feel it cleaned my body out. I just felt it made me more hangry than anything. I did use some left over juices as a snack or for breakfast but otherwise, I wouldn't do this cleanse again. It may of not of worked right for me. But, it may work well for someone else. The product tasted good and stayed fresh in my freezer till ready to use, just wasn't what I expected. I was hoping to get rid of my bloating and it didn't do that. I have major stomach issues and bloating and distention are two of them. As I stated, juices tasted good and I'd get them for a quick snack or even breakfast or a lunch on the go.

Loved how the juices arrived frozen and could be used at my own convenience. I wish the juices had less sugar and were more vegetable based. I was disappointed with the fact that the juices genuinely didn't need all that fruit juice in order to taste good.

So I was excited about this cleanse, I’m sure it’s amazing and works wonderfully for people who can drink the juices. But I found it difficult to drink the juices and I physically couldn’t drink the orange juice. But please don’t let my experience from keeping you for trying the cleanse for yourself. You won’t know until you try it.

The customer service was great. Shipping was fast, product arrived fresh and frozen. however, I only found three of the seven flavors drinkable. The two sweet coconut flavors, and the bright&blissful were the only ones I could stomach. Everything else tasted awful! I was experimenting with different cleanses, but I can say that I will not do this one again.

I was on day #2 of the cleanse when I realized that "Organic" was not written on the bottles. I had assumed that I wasn't drinking in tons of pesticides as part of a "cleanse", but I was wrong. As expensive as this product was, and the fact that it was intended as a health product, I had to assume it was all organic. I called the company and it was confirmed that no, the vegetables are not organic and that they have no intention of changing to use only organic fruits and vegetables. I am disappointed and, quite frankly, scared! I only eat organic kale, apples, cucumbers; all those included on what I call the deadly dozen that were regular ingredients in these soups and juices. Here I had a concentrated dose of these toxins!!! The juices and soups were delicious, but I will never take this product again.

Hi there, all of the juice is cold pressed and non-pasteurized. Technically we are not certified organic, however, all of our produce is delivered fresh daily from a local chemical-free facility. There are no harsh chemicals used in the growing, cleaning or pressing process of the produce. The skinny elixir fat burner is 100% organic.

Well since they still haven’t arrived I can’t review how good they are but I can review the how slow the service is. Also it sucks when you buy something on Groupon and think you’re getting a great deal but then find out you also have to pay a $35 shipping fee 😩. Won’t be doing this again.

The shipping was really expensive. After spending 50 dollars I had to spend another 65 on shipping which I wasn’t prepared for. And I still have not recieved my product.

Unfortunately, you placed an order on a Tuesday, and express orders can only be shipped on Mondays, which is why we have the 3-5 business day processing time warning. The quality of your product is great and hard to beat. I do have an issue with my recent order. My understanding was that the order was going to be ALL soups. Upon unpacking the order from my freezer this morning I found at least half or more to be various juices. This wasn't what I had oredered...I wanted an all soup mix so that it would be more substantial and get me through the day. Can something be done to fix this? If you could send 1/2 of my last order of soup that would be fair I think.pls let me know.

You have to do better at getting the products to people faster. $50 for shipping and it takes 6-7 days to get to your customers is unbelievable. Fix the shipping and I may shop here again.

I like the product. I do not like the fact that the delivery date isn't more flexible, and should be noticed to the recipient PRIOR to shipping it, so that if that date not longer works, it can be changed. In December, product was shipped without prior notice, DESPITE MY HAVING ASKED FOR IT, knowing that I might be out of town during the possible delivery date. Sure enough, it sat at my office for days before I got back from the East Coast... This time, I would have asked for a Thursday delivery rather than Friday, as I was planning on working from home tomorrow, but now I have to come into my office to pick up the juices. Better to send notice the week prior to delivery announcing the delivery date and providing advanced notice to change or accept it, rather than just sending it and noticing the delivery once it is already on the way. By then, it's too late. You can do much better at customer service and satisfaction -- and on allowing folks to plan when they will do their juice cleanses, and thus be more successful and satisfied with your products! -- if you set up a better notification system. -Kathy Paspalis

Hi there, unfortunately with the subscriptions, there is no way for the system to send an earlier notification. Once your order is charged, you are sent an email that your order is being prepared. Because of the day of the week and transit time being express, your order was shipped the next day to get it to you as soon as possible once you paid for it. In the future, if you receive an email that we are preparing your order, you can email us at support@rawgeneration.com to schedule a delivery. Customer service could have been better. Took almost a week for me to get a tracking number. I’m not sure if that’s expressed on their website but it should be. The only reason I’m giving them 3 instead of 1-2 stars is because when I finally did get my tracking number I received the package the next day. And they were frozen solid when I got home. Price is good too. But it’s a no for me on purchasing again.

I was told my juices would arrive Saturday; they didn't arrive until Tuesday. This was beyond frustrating because now I have to store the juices in my freezer for a few weeks because I now don't have a three day window that works to do this. You should refund the shipping costs.

We did ship your package with a scheduled delivery on 2/17, but for whatever reason, FedEx did not make the delivery and added transit days to the package. Unfortunately, what FedEx does with the package once it leaves the facility is out of our control, but we do apologize for the inconvenience. Was hoping for a quicker delivery so I could detox and slim down before a trip. Still waiting for delivery and have to leave for trip in the morning. Sure hope it comes today to get in the freezer. Surely, it will be delicious and nutritious when it arrives.

overall this was an acceptable/positive experience for this product. I received the juices frozen and in a nice insulated box. The juices on the other hand did not meet my expectations in-terms of taste. In addition when i left them to thaw in the fridge it was clear that more than 50% is water as the juice content separated from the water base added. I think you guys need to improve the taste to make it a more enjoyable experience. Try to add vegetables that do not alter the taste of the juice like ( cabbage , more carrots and spinach ) and get rid of Betts as they leave a bad after taste.
