Customer service could have been better. Took almost a week for me to get a tracking number. I’m not sure if that’s expressed on their website but it should be. The only reason I’m giving them 3 instead of 1-2 stars is because when I finally did get my tracking number I received the package the next day. And they were frozen solid when I got home. Price is good too. But it’s a no for me on purchasing again.

I was told my juices would arrive Saturday; they didn't arrive until Tuesday. This was beyond frustrating because now I have to store the juices in my freezer for a few weeks because I now don't have a three day window that works to do this. You should refund the shipping costs.

Hi Casey, we are very sorry for this inconvenience. We did ship your package with a scheduled delivery on 2/17, but for whatever reason, FedEx did not make the delivery and added transit days to the package. Unfortunately, what FedEx does with the package once it leaves the facility is out of our control, but we do apologize for the inconvenience. Was hoping for a quicker delivery so I could detox and slim down before a trip. Still waiting for delivery and have to leave for trip in the morning. Sure hope it comes today to get in the freezer. Surely, it will be delicious and nutritious when it arrives.

overall this was an acceptable/positive experience for this product. I received the juices frozen and in a nice insulated box. The juices on the other hand did not meet my expectations in-terms of taste. In addition when i left them to thaw in the fridge it was clear that more than 50% is water as the juice content separated from the water base added. I think you guys need to improve the taste to make it a more enjoyable experience. Try to add vegetables that do not alter the taste of the juice like ( cabbage , more carrots and spinach ) and get rid of Betts as they leave a bad after taste.

We still did not receive our product. Shipment has been delayed. Other then that website was great and very detailed. I can not comment on the product yet though since we did not receive it.

Most of the juices were really good, or at least drinkable. There was really only one I didn't like. I'm impressed that my boyfriend did this with me, and never complained that he was hungry (as he has on other cleanses). So that's a plus!

Fabulous cold-pressed juices - I love the 80/20 cleanse (eat dinner on a cleanse). But while the juices are affordable, the shipping costs are not, in my opinion. And, at that price for shipping (even though I am fairly close to your location), I would at least like to see more eco-friendly packaging that can be easily recycled. You have a wonderful product, but I wish you could make the shipping costs friendlier to my wallet and the packing materials friendlier to the earth! At these prices, I'm not sure I'll be able to continue purchasing your juice cleanse. Thanks for listening.

I wasn’t that impressed. The juice was making me extra weak and couldn’t really workout. I had to alternate my juices and eating salads to get more energy.

The juices were all REALLY good. I liked the smoothie with the peanut butter the best, but the others were good as well - just not my faves. The soups were all DELICIOUS. The cleanse really didn't work well for me, as I have determined that I need to CHEW. I realize that you can also add some raw fruits/veggies or modify the cleanse, but I just don't think it's something that I will do again in the future. Again, the juices/smoothies/soups themselves were all great. No issues with shipping other than the price was high and it took longer than I anticipated. All in all, great products but drinking all of my food is just not for me!

I purchased the 3 day skinny cleanse . Order came in time frame representative told me so that’s good . Taste isn’t what I expected . I only liked 2 drinks - the one with aloe Vera & the one with beets . I forced myself to drink the other ones . I cheated the first day . I was so hungry and the headache I had was horrible . If new flavors are added I may purchase again but I’m not sure .

I was happy with the product. My disappointment came when i unsubscribed to the automatic delivery as i was moving and I still received a shipment and was charged on my credit card after numerous emails. Still has not been resolved.

I LOVE the juices but I have to wait for specials to order so I can afford the price. The killer is the shipping cost. This last shipment took longer than usual without any info sent explaining the delay.

Hi there, we did have shipping delay warnings on the website due to weather delays in various locations. We also sell on Amazon for 45-55% off (depending on the product) and free shipping no matter where you are located, which may save you some money when ordering :)

I recently ordered the skinny elixir and found it to be quite sour. I expected it to have a sweeter taste, especially the berry flavor.

The juices are okay.. not exactly great like a lot of other reviews Stated. Fairly small in size compared to other juice cleanses I’ve done. Got the skinny cleanse out of them all the energy and endurance tastes the best thankfully Bc you get the most of those.. it did work for a good cleanse/boost if done correctly. I won’t be finishing all of the juices due to taste though and won’t purchase again.

3 of the 6 juices were intolerably gross (especially the beet one). The others were decent but obviously thats enough to successfully complete the plan.

Arrived in a timely manner, the juices tasted better than other cleanses’ I’ve done. However, most other “skinny cleanses” contain a coconut/cashew milk drink to add protein, which I love. Found it more difficult to exercise effectively compared to others—but that could very well just be an isolated reaction. Overall, I will use Raw Generation again but would maybe try a different cleanse option.

Your ordering process is unconventional and lacks details. I've placed orders in the past, so I know what to expect, but when you place an order you don't receive an email confirmation of it happening. You can't login and check on your order because you don't have an order number. the only way I know I placed my order is because my credit card has a charge. It also can take anywhere from 10-14 days until you start receiving information regarding your order being shipped and then we receive quite a bit of information from your company. I love that you freeze your juices so I can have them on my own schedule and believe they are of high quality and very tasty, but the ordering system could use improvement. Hi there, unfortunately during the holiday season the shipping time is a bit delayed, more than usual. I will most certainly look into why you did not receive a confirmation email, you most definitely should have. The emails are sent out as soon as you place an order, the website also gives you your order number as soon as the order is placed. Some of the flavors are really good, there are a lot of sweat ones though. I would buy it again if it were organic.

Hi there, technically we do not use certified organic fruits and vegetables, however, all of our produce is grown locally in a chemical-free facility. No harsh chemicals, pesticides or preservatives are used in the growing, cleaning, or juicing process. 😄 I hope this helps with any future decisions!
