I bought the juices to start over the weekend and was promised a Saturday delivery. I was not notified that a special order had to be done and my order would not be delivered until the middle of the following week. We are enjoying the juices but a notification email would have helped. But the juices arrive fresh frozen as promise and take delicious

Hi there, sorry for any inconvenience. I do not have any record of a conversation with you so I apologize. You placed your order on a Friday after 2 PM, so anything that is placed on Fridays after 2 PM are sent out the following week according to age, which is why yours did not go out until Tuesday. In the future please allow 3-5 business days processing time, or text or email immediately after placing the order to schedule the shipment. Thanks!

Customer service and or communication is poor. Juice is good. But the membership program is a bit bogus since there is so much charged in shipping that seem very, very excessive. But, i like the juice and for now will continue with some flavors.

Hi Alison, we do apologize for the high shipping cost. Unfortunately, because the package is so heavy, perishable, and shipped in a specially designed insulated box, that all adds to the shipping costs. Also, when your order is going to CA it needs to go express to make it in time for the juice to still be frozen when it gets to you. In the future I would also check us out on Amazon.com, where it is one set price and free shipping no matter where you are, that would probably save you some money. Hope this helps!

This is my 4th day of the 5-day skinny cleanse and apart from juice I have just been having Raw salad and a Boiled egg in the evening but I don't seem to have lost any significant weight. To be exact its just a pound. Please suggest a solution to this. I am sticking by the instructions but I am a little disappointed.

Hi there, so sorry to hear about your results. Maybe try cutting out the egg at night, or if you put avocado in your salad, those tend to be not the best raw veggies to eat because they are high in healthy fats, but fats none the less! Also, make sure you are getting down as many bottles of juice a day as possible, and if you are a regular coffee or tea drinking you should not cut out the caffeine. Hope this helps!

My five-day juice order was left out the front of my apartment, close to the road. It was very disappointing and I was lucky that a neighbor saw it and called me to tell me it had been dropped outside.

Hi there, we do apologize on behalf of FedEx for them leaving the package like that. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over what FedEx does. My suggestion would be to next time you place an order and have the tracking number sent to you, you can contact FedEx later that evening with the tracking number and give them directions about when and where to deliver. I believe they also have a FedEx app that you can do all of that just in the app without having to call. I hope this helps! And again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

I have now done both the juice cleanse and the protein cleanse. Most of the juices are very good. However, the protein shakes were terrible. They are very chunky. I had a hard time being able to get them down and keep them down. I would not order the protein shakes again.

I love Raw Generation! This is my 3rd batch I've tired. However, it was the first time I tried the protein cleanse. I had the green cleanse the first two times and loved the results. I have recommended Raw Generation to many of my friends who decided to purchase the product oppose to competitors.

My juices came in partially defrosted and not iced or insulated at all. For the amount of money paid in shipping , this should not happen.

Hi Sheryl! Just wanted to reach out and let you know that there are no additional sugars added to the juice. All of the sugar in our cold pressed juice is the natural sugars from the fruits and vegetables! Also, if you did not care for the protein smoothies texture, you can try a skinny cleanse next time! The shipping was prompt, I received everything with zero problems. I would have liked the juices to have less sugar. The green vegetable ratio could have been higher compared to the sweet veg/fruits. A couple days into the juice cleanse and the sugar starting making me feel ill. Would order again if they offered different juice mixes.

I love RawGeneration juices; they're delicious and I have experienced great service with regard to the shipping and delivery. I'll continue to look forward to my juices monthly. I do have one beef and one suggestion. My beef is this: My initial purchase included the 7 day cleanse AND the 6-pack protein juice variety pack. After several failed attempts to add the protein juices to my monthly shipment, I called and emailed customer support several times. Finally, I texted and I did receive an update which said, "Hello, Unfortunately we cannot add the 6 pk of protein to your monthly subscription, those are only add-ons for one time purchases."

I ordered both skinny juice and protein packages. I love tge delivery and customer service. My only complaint is tge taste of the smoothies. I did not like either one. Each one was too bulky and didnt taste good at all in my opinion.

I have done a 7 day cleanse and a 5 day cleanse and neither were as effective as the Skinny Teas that were discontinued with no explanation given to the consumers.

There is no real directions for the tea. I thought I had purchased a cleanse. Will try a cleanse next time. The teas taste good.
